Birdeye and TIMS Integration
TIMS is a Practice Management Software (PMS) and is mostly used by audiologists, dispensers and ENT specialists. TIMS helps audiologists and other hearing industry professionals, manage their patient data, appointment notifications, case history questionnaires, marketing and communications to allow them to run their hearing practice efficiently.
Birdeye integrates with TIMS to help audiologists and hospitals to send out review requests to their patients. This integration helps in automating review request solicitation and generating new reviews.
Once your Birdeye account is integrated with TIMS, Birdeye will pull the first name, last name, email address and phone number of your patients based on certain defined triggers. After your patient information is pulled into your Birdeye account, review requests will be sent out every day, automatically. This will help you get a steady stream of reviews that will help you rank higher on search engines and make your brand visible to prospective patients.
