Birdeye and Allscripts Integration
Allscripts is an Electronic Health Records (EHR) system used by small-to-midsize physician practices. Allscripts users have the ability to manage appointments, e-prescriptions, patient portals, and clinical charts. Birdeye integrates with Allscripts to help physicians send out review requests to their patients. This integration allows you to automate review requests and review generation. Once your Birdeye account is integrated with your Allscripts account, Birdeye will pull the first names, last names, email addresses and phone numbers of your patients based on certain defined triggers. Once your patient information is captured in your Birdeye account, review request emails and SMS will be automatically sent on a daily basis. This helps you collect a constant stream of new reviews, boosting your search engine ranking and giving you more visibility to your prospective patients.
