Birdeye Reports revamped with improved usability

ImprovementBirdeye's reporting platform offers intuitive reports focused on visual elements. It is simple, user-friendly and visually optimized for better projection and understanding.

With a clear objective of refining reports for better data consumption and a unified look and feel, Birdeye launched a revamped version of dashboard reports. Two new inclusions within reports are Reviews & Rating 'by source' and 'by location'. The complete face-lift introduces drop-down elements on the report page where downloading reports and emailing reports are available under the 'Action' menu.

In addition, the option to see one data at a time by using the radio buttons for "Reviews" or "Ratings" is now possible. The introduction of pagination helps better location-wide data visibility. The reports offer to switch between chart and table view for better projection and understanding.
