Birdeye and Medinformatix Integration
MedInformatix is a comprehensive EHR and healthcare solution used by both patients and referring doctors. MedInformatix offers a full suite of applications to its users, including RIS, Electronic Health Record, medical billing, patient scheduling, and more, with an online portal to manage documents and appointments.
Birdeye integrates with MedInformatix to help doctors send out review requests to their patients. This integration completely automates review requests and review generation.
Once the Birdeye account is integrated with MedInformatix, Birdeye will pull the first name, last name, email address and phone number of your clients based on certain defined triggers. Once the patient information is captured within your Birdeye account, review request SMS and emails will be automatically sent on a daily basis. This will help you get a steady stream of reviews that will help you rank higher on search engines and make your brand visible to patients.
