Birdeye and AthenaHealth Integration
AthenaHealth is an Electronic Health Records (EHR) system used by physicians, hospitals, and medical communities. Users are able to manage electronic health records, medical billing, patient engagement, care coordination, etc. with AthenaHealth. Birdeye integrates with AthenaHealth to help businesses send out review requests to their patients. This integration allows you to automate review requests and review generation. Once your Birdeye account is integrated with AthenaHealth, Birdeye will pull the first name, last name, email address and phone number of your patients based on certain defined triggers. Once your patient information is captured in your Birdeye account, review request SMS and emails will be automatically sent on a daily basis. This helps you collect a constant stream of new reviews, boosting your search engine ranking and giving you more visibility to prospective patients.
