Birdeye is Great! Pros: Birdeye is easy to use. It has an app, which is super helpful. Cons: I can seem to get the app to show me when I have notifications. Overall: My experience is great. It’s easy to use. It is a great way to stay in contact with our customers through text. As well as, sending links to customers to leave us a review.

We are honestly afraid our competition will find out about Birdeye. We were skeptical at first, especially since our website provider and Google failed to help us rank on search engines. We noticed instant results the moment we gave our information to Birdeye. We went from landing on page 4 to dominating page 1 with little to no effort on our part. The CRM integration with Salesforce was surprisingly seamless. In fact the entire process has been a delight. We have our very own support representative, Mahak. Her dedication and commitment to our success was not expected. We thought, once they had our money, that would be the last we heard from them. Nothing could have been further form the truth. We highly recommend adding the Social and Text features. The AI features are intuitive and the interface and reporting are game changers. It's so convenient to have everything in one place. I have a feeling we will explore all that Birdeye has to offer, but so far, we have been blown away!

Birdeye review My overall experience is very good and pleasant PROS Birdye is very easy and convenient, makes getting reviews more effective CONS there is not much to dislike. sometimes it does not load properly but i enjoy the app

Birdeye Review Its helpful that you can post & schedule everything for all your social media sites. I liked the all in one dashboard. The customer support was good. PROS Birdeye is AI powered & has a good user reputation. It has a 30 day free trial with no credit card needed. I found it easy to use. CONS I found it has integration issues. There was missing features.

When Sarekon initially approached our dealership about their line of Wireless GPS Devices, we were skeptical, but we were blown away. Excellent experience onboarding two companies with Snehashish Ghoshal at BirdEye. This company not only allowed me to eliminate several single-capability services and their associated fees, but offers MUCH MORE. Seamless integration between Google & socials (and a host of essential directory listings) plus additional benefits that include incorporating website functionality, enhancing communication capability and maximizing community involvement by efficiently tapping into customer experience. We had family commimg for my Huusband 92 birthday. We add area for them to sleep, but would have to climb stairs to go up to the bathroom on the main level. We called Bison home Services and they built part of a bathroom that had toilet & sink, that would service they need quickly. They found the roughed in bath was not usable, the contractor had not connected the plumbing correctly so Bisonhad to replumb all of it. when finished, they had the floor repaired and even got down tiles over the rough concrete Floor. The family was comfotable and the bathroom and furnace room were built and contained. After the family was gone they came back to finish the entire room with proper walls doos and hand holds for my husband to use when he needed the facilities so he did have to climb up stairs until he was done in the basement. The workers were on time, called ahead, and were always thoughtful and professional. I will call them again and recommend them to friends.I can't say enough about them. Really Impressed!

training rep was extremely nice to work with. she goes above and beyond. me and my staff could email her anytime and always a few hours later we had a email confirming the change had been made. so she is super fast, efficient and knowledgable about the system. its an excellent system.

Our company has been working with Birdeye for a little over a month and we have already seen an increase in reviews and a small improvement in our overall rating. The implementation process was easy and efficient. We had a few training sessions with HImanshu, our implementation specialist and he helped get our system up and running. We are looking forward to a long and positive relationship with Birdeye.
