    Good Experience Pros: The product selection and the dashboard Cons: some of the ways to enter the data were not user friendly and i had to reach out to tech support for them to make the changes i needed

    Great Comprehensive Platform Pros: Birdeye is an end to end solve for a large suite of products. It is also very easy to use. Cons: Unfortunately we are having a number of issues around businesses that are not brick and mortar businesses. It would be great to see the capacities for remote businesses expanded.

    Birdeye's onboarding was seamless and painless. We received 2 new reviews in the first week of using them. I especially like the social media integration which allows us to push the reviews to our pages. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their reviews.

    Does what is says it does well Pros: Effective and well run tool to drive online reviews. Cons: Had a billing issue that has since been resolved.

    I have been working with Birdeye for almost half a decade with my current agency, and always have pleasant experiences with their partner success managers. But I have to give a special shout out to Johnny Chancey over the last year for really keeping our goals and opportunities close to his chest and doing everything he can to see all parties succeed. There isn’t a bad employee at Birdeye in my eyes.

    Hitesh was very knowledgeable and communicates easily on how to use the bird eye platform. Really appreciated having him walk me through how to use bird eye and I'm excited to get to using the product.

    Excellent System with lots of Options Excellent. The follow through and training has been great. PROS The all-in-one backend to manage all features is easy to use and streamlines the process. We also appreciate the one-on-one support we receive from our account manager. CONS I think the texting feature needs to be more streamlined for onboarding our customers. The pricing is extremely confusing and pretty high.

    Great Product. Highly Recommend Birdeye has come a very long way since we first started working with them in 2016. They have always had exceptional customer service and a super fast turn-around time on support tickets. PROS Being able to automate review responses saves my team HOURS of work each week. It's been a huge game changer. CONS Birdeye does a lot of things right and has continued to release many different features over the years we've been working together. I can't think of anything I dislike about Birdeye. Any issues I've had have been handled right away. They have been more than accommodating.

    Simple to Use, All-in-one Platform We've been using it for a few years and I find that setup and ongoing use is simple and easy to use. PROS Everything can easily be managed, monitored, and updated in the platform. CONS It does seem to disconnect from social platforms more than I'd like. That is most likely on the social platform side though.

    Good experience I love everything about birdeye and the technical issues I have had have been solved by the support team. They are awesome and I can’t say enough about them PROS Love birdeye. Some small things I would like to change but overall great company and more importantly great customer service CONS Having to chat live w support for healthcare providers to get healthcare listings added. Also not having Apple Maps categories listed in the initial setup.

    Handy Tool! PROS Ease of use, it is a very simple and handy tool to use for Review Management! CONS The setup can be cumbersome but other than that no real complaints.

    Helping Your Customer Help Themselves Birdeye has been great in communications now that I have a dedicated rep. Her help each month is invaluable and helps troubleshoot any issues pretty quickly. PROS Ability to have all clients fall under one account and dashboard. CONS Would like for the texting tool to be more robust.

    Great product and affordable Great onboarding and support. Their onboarding team was so patient with us to make sure we were happy. PROS So many additional features without having to hire another partner. CONS So far after a year we have had great success. REASONS FOR SWITCHING TO BIRDEYE Originally, price but also features. So many additional features. Their product seems more stable than the past company.

    Birdeye Software Fairly positive overall. Wish SMS marketing was an easier/better process. PROS Review management features, the social media integration is fantastic! Very easy to use. CONS SMS marketing list segmentation needs serious work. The tags are complicated and confusing. Cannot send SMS marketing to more than one list at a time. REASON FOR CHOOSING BIRDEYE Well-rounded product, ability to manage social platforms within one software, AI integration for review responses.

    Solid Review Management Platform My overall experience has been mostly positive. I like the the flexibility the platform offers, but I think their pricing and their response times on certain things could be improved. PROS Birdeye allows you the flexibility to send out messages at different times and also allows you to customize the SMS message and email and include branding/logos of the business it is coming from. CONS I think the cost of the Review Solicitation & Management product is too high compared to other competitors in the space.

    Great For Agencies I think its been a good platform to save time and I feel confident that I can train almost anyone how to use it. PROS I like that Birdeye can be easily monitored and understood by most who use the platform. It is good to have all customers in one place when seeing what reviews came through, and I like have automated responses for the reviews that come through. CONS I think it would be nice if some of the review sites that Birdeye monitors were more seamless in how we could respond ( TripAdvisor), and sometimes, this software can be a bit buggy with connection to Meta (could be Meta's fault). REASON FOR CHOOSING BIRDEYE I think the final factors were cost, functionality, and that it was something that a lot of our customers could use as a value ad to other marketing packages.
