Birdeye encourages complete confidentiality for survey questionnaires and responses through 'Survey Access'. As a business owner, you can now edit permission settings as well as limit access for any user.

Using the new feature, businesses will now have full control on how they want to manage and control their surveys. This will ensure complete privacy and security of all the running surveys within your Birdeye account. Birdeye will allow business owners to grant survey access to users in two ways.

Business owners can now edit the access rights for all users collectively within your Birdeye account or do it individually for every user through their email address.
