Now, add daily business hours to your review profile

ImprovementNow, both enterprise and SMB businesses will be able to display their daily working and non-working hours and business days on their Birdeye review profiles.

Birdeye now allows all businesses to map multiple hours of business operation. The user can now add more than one business hours per day in the Setup module and it will be reflected on their review profile. The user can also enter the business days they operate on and add different business hours.

This will help the businesses to specify working and non-working business hours and business days on the Birdeye review profile of the business. If a customer visits the review profile of a business at a time other than the business hours, they will view a 'Closed' status.
