Campaign Improvements: Contact Management made easy

Birdeye has announced improvements to its contact management dashboard which allows better navigation and smooth user experience for business users. 

With the new launch, ‘Contacts’ will now be available on the left navigation menu for easy accessibility. Contacts will now feature both ‘Leads’ and ‘Customers’ together with open filters on the right. 

What’s new:

Easy access to Quick Send and Inbox for each contact

Customer communication is now called ‘Contact journey’

New experience for adding and editing contacts

Permissions to opt-in or opt-out contacts
