Birdeye introduces 'Custom variables' for survey URLs

Birdeye has introduced custom variables for survey URLs to help businesses track additional customer information for the survey responses. The user will have the ability to define the additional information they want to track in the responses and send the survey URL to the customer. Once the customer submits their response, the information captured via custom variables will be available on Birdeye.

A user can add multiple parameters to a URL and track the customer information under the respective labels. The user will also have the ability to download the responses in Excel format.
