Birdeye and Yardi Integration
Yardi is an integrated property management software and investment management solution used by real-estate clients. Yardi facilitates businesses, corporations, government agencies, follow up on their clients who have in the recent past used their services to either move-in to a listed property, move-out of it, or to close a service request. It allows owners, managers, investors and other stakeholders to access information that is specific to their needs.
Birdeye integrates with Yardi to help businesses send out review requests to their clients. The Yardi-Birdeye integration helps in automating review request solicitation and generating new reviews. Once your Birdeye account is integrated with Yardi, Birdeye will pull the first name, last name, email address and phone number of your clients based on certain defined triggers. After pulling your client information into your Birdeye account, Birdeye will send out review requests every day, automatically.
