Birdeye and Rocket Matter Integration
Rocket Matter is a cloud-based legal case management and billing software used by both small and medium-sized law firms. Rocket Matter allows users to manage billing, documents, time, payments, calendar, etc.
Birdeye integrates with Rocket Matter to help businesses send out review requests to their clients. This integration allows you to automate review requests and review generation.
Once your Birdeye account is integrated with your Rocket Matter account, Birdeye will pull the first names, last names, email addresses and phone numbers of your clients based on certain defined triggers. Once your client information is captured in your Birdeye account, review request emails and SMS will be automatically sent on a daily basis. This helps you collect a constant stream of new reviews, boosting your search engine ranking and giving you more visibility to your prospective clients.
