Birdeye integrates with RENTCafe to help businesses send out review requests to their clients. The Yardi-Birdeye integration helps in automating review request solicitation and generating new reviews. Once your Birdeye account is integrated with Yardi, Birdeye will pull the first name, last name, email address, and phone number of your clients based on certain defined triggers. After pulling your client information into your Birdeye account, Birdeye will send out review requests every day, automatically.
This creates a steady flow of incoming reviews that helps improve your search engine ranking and brand visibility so you’re found easily by prospective clients.
