Birdeye and Ortho2 Edge Cloud Integration
Ortho2 Edge Cloud is an orthodontic practice management solution used by orthodontic specialists. The solution provides an end-to-end experience for dentists to administer, streamline, and manage patients' visits. Integrating Birdeye with Ortho2 Edge Cloud will automate the process of sending out review requests to patients daily.
Once Ortho2 Edge Cloud is integrated with Birdeye, Birdeye pulls patient's information from Ortho2 Edge Cloud once daily for the completed appointments. Birdeye allows you to fetch data from your PMS using some predefined triggers. Here is the supported trigger for Ortho2 Edge Cloud:
