Birdeye and Maxident Integration
Maxident is a web-based dental practice management software that helps dental practices automate tasks to maximize efficiency. Maxident users are able to manage appointments, reports, treatment plans, reminders, invoices, charts, etc. with Maxident. Birdeye integrates with Maxident to helps dentists send out review requests to their patients. This integration makes the review request process completely automatic. Once your Birdeye account is integrated with Maxident, Birdeye will pull the first name, last name, email address and phone number of your patients based on certain defined triggers. After pulling your patient information into your Birdeye account, Birdeye will send out review requests every day, automatically. This creates a steady flow of incoming reviews that helps improve your search engine ranking and brand visibility so you’re found easily by prospective patients.
