Birdeye and Keap (fka Infusionsoft) Integration
Keap® (Formally known as Infusionsoft) is a powerful Customer Relationship Management (CRM) dashboard and is mostly used by small and medium size businesses. Infusionsoft users are able to manage marketing automation, sales, integrations, analytics, payments, etc with Infusionsoft. Birdeye integrates with Infusionsoft to help businesses send out review requests to their customers. This integration with Birdeye gives you the ability to automate the review request process. Once your Birdeye account is integrated with Infusionsoft, Birdeye will pull the first name, last name, email address and phone number of your customers based on certain defined triggers. After pulling your customer information into your Birdeye account, Birdeye will send out review requests every day, automatically. This creates a steady flow of incoming reviews that helps improve your search engine ranking and brand visibility so you’re found easily by prospective customers.
