Birdeye and Follow Up Boss Integration
Follow Up Boss is a web-based sales tool used by real estate teams. Follow Up Boss users are able to manage calendar, property matching, client database, email marketing, contact management, lead management, etc. by using the platform. Birdeye integrates with Follow Up Boss to helps businesses send out review requests to their customers. This integration allows you to automate review requests and review generation. Once your Birdeye account is integrated with Follow Up Boss, Birdeye will pull the first name, last name, email address and phone number of your customers based on certain defined triggers. After pulling your customer information into your Birdeye account, Birdeye will send out review requests every day, automatically. This creates a steady flow of incoming reviews that helps improve your search engine ranking and brand visibility so you’re found easily by prospective customer.
