Birdeye and Dubuque Data Systems (DDS) Integration
Dubuque Data Services (DDS) is a dealership management systems (DMS) used by automotive dealers and dealerships. DDS user can manage parts invoicing, parts costing, bar code scanning, sales, upsells, appointments, real-time cost reporting, document archiving and many other accounting and payroll features with the software.
Birdeye integrates with DDS to help businesses send out review requests to their customers. The DDS-Birdeye integration gives you the ability to send fully automated review requests to your customers via SMS or email.
Once your Birdeye account is integrated with DDS, Birdeye will pull the first name, last name, email address and phone number of your customers based on certain defined triggers. After pulling your customer information into your Birdeye account, Birdeye will send out review requests every day, automatically. This creates a steady flow of incoming reviews that helps improve your search engine ranking and brand visibility so you’re found easily by prospective customers.
