Birdeye and DPC Integration
DCP Systems is a dealer management software used by automotive dealerships. DCP Systems provide users with accounting, payroll, finance, service billing, parts and vehicle inventory solutions. In addition, they also offer users business integration and systems engineering service.
Birdeye integrates with DCP Systems to help dealers send out review requests to their customers. By integratingDCP Systems with Birdeye, you can fully automate the review generation process.
Once your Birdeye account is integrated with DCP Systems, Birdeye will pull the first name, last name, email address and phone number of your customers based on certain defined triggers. Once your customer information is captured in your Birdeye account, review request SMS and emails will be automatically sent on a daily basis. This helps you collect a constant stream of new reviews, boosting your search engine ranking and giving you more visibility to prospective customers.
