Birdeye and ADP Integration
ADP by CDK Global is a dealer management system (DMS) used by auto dealers and dealerships. With ADP, dealers can manage sales, inventory, inspections, digital marketing, and more.
Birdeye integrates with ADP to help automotive dealers send out review requests to their customers. The ADP-Birdeye integration gives you the ability to send fully automated review requests to your customers via SMS or email.
Once your Birdeye account is integrated with ADP, Birdeye will pull the first name, last name, email address and phone number of your customers based on certain defined triggers. After your customer information is pulled into your Birdeye account, review requests will be sent out every day, automatically. This will help you get a steady stream of reviews that will help you rank higher on search engines and make your brand visible to prospective customers.
