We are looking for a dynamic Senior Product Marketing Manager, GTM to join our world class team and uplevel our launch planning and execution. This person will play a critical role in driving our product launches and go-to-market (GTM) strategy, including internal launch planning, user acceptance testing (UAT), beta programs, and global GTM execution. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, R&D, Sales, Enablement, and Customer Success teams to orchestrate successful product launches and drive product adoption and growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for navigating ambiguity, driving clarity, and influencing strategy.

Responsibilities
- Manage the product launch roadmap, planning, execution, and reporting.
- Create, manage, and execute GTM campaigns for new product launches, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and KPIs are met.
- Oversee internal launch planning, including setting timelines, managing user acceptance testing (UAT), and coordinating cross-functional communications.
- Drive the beta program strategy, working with early adopters to gather feedback and refine the product pre-launch.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to drive execution of our go-to-market strategies across channels.
- Partner with our enablement teams to develop succinct and effective sales and CS training materials making it easy for non-technical sales to understand our complete suite technology.
- Develop sales enablement materials, including product decks, battlecards, and training to equip the sales team with the tools they need to succeed.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and position our products against key competitors.
- Monitor product performance post-launch, analyze market feedback, and adjust strategies as necessary.
requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in SaaS or a technology-driven environment.
- Proven experience managing product launches and executing successful go-to-market strategies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate across teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience with beta programs and user acceptance testing (UAT) processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, concise messaging.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence teams without direct authority.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communicator with a strong executive presence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Pragmatic Marketing Certification is a bonus
