What You'll Do:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Director of Product Management to lead the development and growth of our Insights AI and Competitors AI products. This role involves driving product vision, strategy, and execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that provide our customers competitive intelligence and actionable insights.
Job Responsibilities:
- Define and own the long-term vision and roadmap for Insights AI and Competitors AI, ensuring that the product direction aligns with company goals, emerging market trends, and evolving customer needs.
- Develop a strategic framework to prioritize features and improvements, balancing short-term gains with long-term product growth.
- Proactively identify new opportunities by understanding the competitive landscape, analyzing market shifts, and foreseeing industry challenges that could impact the product’s positioning and differentiation.
- Navigate the complexities of cross-functional collaboration, building strong partnerships with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure smooth product delivery.
- Effectively manage dependencies across multiple teams and projects, mitigating risks, and ensuring a cohesive approach to platform development.
- Serve as the voice of the customer by deeply understanding their pain points, behavior, and feedback, translating these insights into prioritized product features.
- Oversee the seamless integration of AI and machine learning technologies, ensuring the platform delivers predictive insights and competitive benchmarking with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with data scientists to refine AI models, ensuring the continuous improvement of product features such as sentiment analysis, trend prediction, and automated reporting.
- Stay abreast of advancements in AI/ML, identifying new ways to incorporate intelligent automation and analytics to enhance platform capabilities.
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, creating compelling product positioning, messaging, and launch plans that drive adoption and user engagement.
- Leverage data analytics to gain actionable insights, continuously track success, and identify areas for product enhancement.
requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing complex, data-driven products.
- Proven track record of building and scaling AI-powered platform products from concept to market success.
- Strong understanding of competitive intelligence, market research, and leveraging data analytics to drive product innovation.
- Deep experience working with AI/ML technologies, with an ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric product features.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in managing platform products that serve multiple stakeholders, including end-users, business clients, and third-party partners.
