Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Demonstrating Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise in the Salesforce Platform
  • Provide Tier 2 and Tier 2 support for complex issues and escalations related to the Salesforce platform covering both Sales and Service cloud
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including but not limited to configuration, customization, integration, and data integrity
  • Develop and maintain advanced Salesforce functionalities, customizations, and integrations to meet business requirements ? Ability to adapt to a high-paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities while multitasking and performing effectively under pressure.
  • Perform proactive monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of the environment
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and best practices
  • Understanding Product and Business usecases and adpati
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Builds a trusting relationship with business stakeholders and leads them to adoption of the best solution with exceptional communication skills
  • Provide system administration support of internal and customer-facing Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects and workflow
  • Supply expertise in advanced Apex programming concepts including common design patterns, governor limit management techniques, bulk patterns, efficient and reliable trigger handling, and asynchronous operations
  • Engage in code and technical design reviews of solution implementations to ensure code quality and best practices are maintenance

Job Skills & Qualifications

Required:

  • Working in the US Central Time Zone is a MUST
  • CPQ Experience is required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent in experience)
  • Minimum work experience: 3 years of software development and 4 years of Salesforce application development
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent in experience)
  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with evidence of exceptional ability
  • Experience configuring and developing custom Apex/Visualforce/Lightning code in the areas of Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Workflows, Mobile, Single Sign On, API’s, Marketo and integration to enterprise systems.
  • Extensive experience developing Apex classes, Apex triggers, VisualForce pages and controllers,JavaScript, JQuery, web services leveraging the Salesforce API in REST, SOAP and Data Management (SQL, XML, JSON) knowledge.
  • Experience with a complete software development life cycle
  • Experience developing with Lightning, OR an SPA framework such as React, Angular, or Knockout.
  • Experience on an Agile Scrum project delivered under Continuous Delivery / DevOps is preferred
