What You'll Do


Birdeye’s Partner Development Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of GTM programs with new and existing partners. You will be actively involved in every phase of a partner's lifecycle and support the day-to-day management of these programs.  You will work directly with our Head of Business Development and be instrumental in driving growth for our business through partnerships. 



Responsibilities

 

  • Identify, engage, and execute new partnerships with industry leaders across our partner ecosystem.
  • Support the end-to-end process with new partners and optimize existing partnerships.
  • Think strategically with a growth mindset, focused on driving customer acquisition and new revenue for the business.
  • Navigate diverse partnership models across integration, strategic, and referral partners.
  • Develop and lead effective GTM co-marketing campaigns and co-selling initiatives. 
  • Build strong relationships with partners, understand their goals and priorities, and identify mutually beneficial opportunities.
  • Orchestrate project manager and GTM manager-type responsibilities designed to drive new revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product) to coordinate successful campaigns.
  • Own new revenue goals through partnerships you're managing.
  • Monitor and track campaign performances and relevant KPIs.

requirements

 

  • Work US hours, Eastern time zone a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience managing partners in the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Experience with reputation management, customer experience, or communications software is a plus.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful GTM initiatives with strategic partners.
  • History of exceeding pipeline and revenue targets through partnerships you’ve managed.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Broad high-tech industry knowledge and experience with the sales technology landscape, Salesforce CRM, and sales engagement platforms. 
  • Demonstrated experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively, and to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on the performance of partner marketing programs.
