    Birdeye takes the work out of asking for reviews Pros: We use Birdeye for a multi-doctor practice. The reviews are sent to our patients after they leave our office. I check the dashboard regularly and respond to received reviews. The dashboard is easy to use. One feature that I appreciate is that each review states which location the patient was seen at and which doctor saw the patient. I can also "add a tag" with the name of the doctor that referred our patient to our practice. If I am looking for a review to use for a radio ad or in a marketing piece, I can search the reviews by doctor, location, procedure done, or key words. On a side note, we have a contest each month in our office of which doctor and team received the most reviews for the month! This encourages our team members to provide the highest quality of service to our patients and they also remind the patient that they are getting a review request and to please fill it out. Cons: Years ago, when we first joined there were glitches in the software and the review requests would not send out. I could always tell because I would stop receiving reviews. Overall: Birdeye has a strong customer relations team. They genuinely seek to provide optimal service. They are caring and will resolve any concerns.

    Birdeye review 5 stars Pros: ease of use and integration with dental software. Customer service excellent! Cons: Would like to see a QR code for review request for patients Overall: Excellent! A much needed software service that offers many options catered to any business.

    Great for review management Pros: Notification of reviews, auto generated responses, customizable responses. Cons: It's hard to remove spam reviews, notifications stopped working but they were able to fix it same day.

    Great product for review management! Use Cases and Deployment Scope - I use Birdeye on a daily basis to respond to all business reviews across multiple platforms including facebook, google, yelp, birdeye, and apartments.com. All the reviews congregate to one platform where I can analyze data across time, and respond instantly. Pros - User interface -Customer Service -Product Integration Cons - Exporting spreadsheets via excel (some formatting issues) -Integration with Yelp and Apartments.com Likelihood to Recommend - Birdeye is great if you are representing multiple companies across various platforms. This allows you to respond to reviews in one page opposed to hunt down every single review site for each property every morning! Most Important Features - Social Media Posting to multiple company pages -Reputation management in one spot -Data Analysis Return on Investment - A positive ROI Alternatives Considered - Chatmeter - We went with Birdeye over Chatmeter due to its relationship with Google.

    Birdeye Pros: I really like that I get notified when someone leaves a google review and that it will let us auto-respond. Cons: So far, I have not found anything that I did not like about the program, but, I have not been using it for long!

    Great tool for reviews and more! Pros: I really liked that with just a url click link people are easily able to leave reviews. Cons: There is nothing I disliked about this software.
