    Thank you BirdeyeUse Cases and Deployment Scope - We use Birdeye for online reputation management. Birdeye is able to consolidate all of our multiple locations and providers into 1 database so it is much easier to respond to all the reviews and inbox messages that come in. Birdeye is able to save our organization time by allowing us to view all of the reviews and messages in 1 place rather than having to view each listing on each platform individually.Pros - The Birdeye Platform is very easy to use -Gives us the ability to respond to current and potential patient questions in a much faster manner -Customer SupportCons - I wish they provided Spanish translations for our auto responses to reviews -I wish Birdeye Social was included in our standard contract and didn't require us to pay more to use this feature -In the past, there was lots of personnel turnover, but it has been much more stable latelyLikelihood to Recommend - For businesses that have customers or clients or patients with several different locations, Birdeye is essential to help with the reviews and messages received through Google and other platforms. For businesses with only 1 single location, Birdeye could still be useful but wouldn't be as essential as it would be for other businesses.Return on Investment - Our Google review volume has gone up over 500% since starting with Birdeye -Our Google rating has gone up from a 4.3 to a 4.5 since using Birdeye -However, we have had situations where some providers are already too busy and we couldn't accommodate new patients found by Birdeye and GoogleUsability - The Birdeye Platform is very easy to learn and use. All of the features are instinctive and users are able to learn the system quickly and without much, if any, outside help. We only had brief exposure to the Birdeye social feature, but it was also very instinctive and easy to use.Other Software Used - Microsoft Teams, Dropbox, Google Business Profile

    Great tool for any business owner!Use Cases and Deployment Scope - Birdeye is a partner with my agency to help us help our clients facilitate reviews for their businesses. I use Birdeye every day to send out requests, pull reports, and overall present my clients with their current online reputation.Pros - The technology is great -They are constantly coming out with updates and new functions -They make the entire process easy and user friendlyCons - Sometimes support is unresponsive for weeks -Providing more feedback as to why a client may have failed the 10DLC form -Being able to turn off messaging without contacting supportLikelihood to Recommend - -This tool is great for any small to medium-sized business that is working to help grow its online reputation -Anyone looking to get reviews -Anyone looking to get reviews through multiple different scenarios -Anyone who wants to be more hands-off and have something done for them -Anyone who wants to be more involved or choosey in who is being sent requestsReturn on Investment - Helping to facilitate reviews -Helping to deter people from writing bad reviews -Sometimes reviews aren't posted to GoogleAlternatives Considered - I have not used any other product similar to BirdeyeUsers and Roles - -Helping to gather reviews for small to medium sized businesses -Sometimes using the inbox and messaging function -Replying to negative reviews to help maintain a positive reputation for our clientsSupport Headcount Required - We don't have any in house support but we Birdeye support has been very helpful whenever we have issuesBusiness Processes Supported - Review generation -Negative review alerts -Replying to review given both positive and negativeInnovative Uses - the QR codesFuture Planned Uses - the new AI features are really interestingLikelihood to Renew - I think it is a good tool overall, there are some hiccups but what program doesn't have them. I think we should be notified of more things, specifically broken integrations. There have been instances where I don't notice for MONTHS a client it's having requests sent out because they are organically still getting reviews.

    There is a lot more involved than I first realized and it has made my business communications between all platforms a lot faster, easier, and more accurate. Onboarding was very detailed and Hitesh was very detailed with us.

    I am very much greatiful to have joined birdeye. I have had an excellent experience this far. I highly appreciate Mr. Hitesh to have led me through onboarding process. He is pantual, patient, clear in explanation and he seems to love what he is doing. Due to that it is easier to gain from him on the informkation he imparts.

    My onboarding specialist, Mahak Gudwani, did a superb job at being available, being incredibly kind, and knowing all the skills at a high level to help me with whatever questions I had. Even while there were some glitches on the software/practice management system the practice used on the backend, Mahak contacted the right people to get those issues resolved in a timely manner. She was knowledgeable, flexible, and kind - all things I would want from someone in her position. I had a very positive experience getting onboarded with Birdeye!

    I thoroughly enjoyed working with Pragya throughout the Birdeye On Boarding Process and Training Opportunity. I feel very capable of moving forward with the product. She has assured me that if I have any questions as I am utilizing the application that she will respond quickly and continue to assist me in being able to take full advantage of the tool.

    Birdeye has done wonders for my clients! We see results within a day or two usually. Gaining reviews has never been so easy. The system is easy to use and rarely do we have any issues arise. I'd recommend this to anyone. There are a ton of additional features within the system as well.
