    A consistent and inexpensive option for gaining reviews Decent. Not outstanding, have had a fair amount of obstacles getting it set up for our multiple businesses. That being said, if you have a single location, this is a perfect inexpensive option. PROS Easy to automatically request reviews from customers without staff involvement. CONS The Webchat function is pretty lacking, since it has a lead gate built into it. Also, the API integrations are challenging to set up.     Great, easy software to get reviews Great, we got about it 130 google reviews in 7 months PROS It is east to use, you can add many people to your account to manage, it is not much extra work to send out review requests to patients. CONS When you send a txt message with a link to review, people type the review into the text message instead of clicking on the link, so I wish there was an automated response to that text saying “this is a personal txt message to Dr, please copy and paste your review to google by clicking the link above” VENDOR RESPONSE Thank you for sharing the results you have been generating with Birdeye!     Great way to manage reviews! PROS Manage reviews across multiple platforms and systems. Very easy to request reviews via email or text. CONS Can be difficult to get social media connected to the platform. VENDOR RESPONSE Thanks for sharing, Jason! Replied April 2023

    Birdeye: Efficiently Collect Reviews and Manage Customer Engagement We mainly use Birdeye to request Reviews, respond to reviews, Gather reviews from various social media, and post the reviews on our webpage. We also use Birdeye to communicate with our clients and respond to inquiries on our webpage email. PROS Birdeye has enabled our management team to collect, monitor, and manage client reviews to better connect with our clients and monitor and improve our interactions with clients. CONS Initial setup takes time to understand and use the power of Birdeye and can be daunting to staff, but once well acquainted to the software, Birdeye becomes an indispensable tool for our personnel.     Effective tool to boost your online reviews and keep customers happy Overall, my experience with Birdeye has been very positive. The ability to build campaigns with templates and automate the sends has been a game-changer for us. I can't argue with the results on the review side of things. There are still some features we haven't utilized yet, like CRM integration. PROS The ability to direct customers to multiple review sites has allowed us to target key review platforms and have an immediate impact. We have been piloting Birdeye for one of our office locations and the results have been amazing. So far, in about 7 months, we have increased our Google reviews +110%, Facebook +68% and BBB +260%. I've also run some preliminary numbers on impact of organic search traffic and early indications suggest that Birdeye has given us at least a 5-10% boost in "discovery" searches on our GMB page. The ease of use of this software has been great. The automations have freed up time to focus on other things. The webchat has also been a very effective tool to get ahead of potential issues and keep customers happy, or at least prevent them from getting overly upset. That's been an added bonus for sure. The website review widget is a nice feature - putting our growing / positive online reputation on prominent display when our customers visit our website. CONS I would like some more integration with google analytics. We do get some spam that comes through the web chat - not an unusual amount, but it is a bit annoying and seems to come in waves. REASON FOR CHOOSING BIRDEYE the fact that it could do webchat and referral automation was what put me over the edge VENDOR RESPONSE We love all of the results you provided from the impact of Birdeye!     Rep did a fine job, no complaints on him. Only complaint is that this isn't the first time this has happened, and so I'm not sure on the "effectiveness of the solution" yet.

    Quick response by chat support. Offered resolutions to each request/issue without any trouble. Direct and to the point. Very friendly, pleasant, and helpful.

    DB from Enterprise Support was wonderful to work with! He answered our questions quickly and was even willing to get on a quick video call to screenshare and talk through everything in more detail.
