    YOU NEED THIS! Use Cases and Deployment Scope - We have used Birdeye for a few years now, to manage our customer review process. It pulls reviews across a number of different platforms (FB, Google, etc.) and by doing so, serves as a one-stop shop when managing. We respond to our customers directly through Birdeye and by doing so, are confident we haven't dropped the ball or missed a review out there. It pulls average customer review rating for any length of time in an easy-to-read and distribute report, as well as our NPS Score. We have recently added the "Insights" feature to our account, which pulls themes and key words from all reviews, and allows us to discover patterns, trends, etc. that are forming within our customer's experience. This information has proved to be invaluable The account managers are great, huge Kudos to Anvita! Overall, I would highly recommend Birdeye for any business out there who is considering. Pros - Pulls reviews from various platforms -Easy to use reporting system -converts star ratings to a NPS score (no need to send out the survey continually) Cons - Direct Feedback- needs to either be weighted with positive or negative sentiment -Direct Feedback- counts as a "Passive" review at the moment which lowers your NPS Score -Insights, this takes some time before AI learns what you are looking for.. wich we weren't billed during the "learning phase" Likelihood to Recommend - We have quarterly and annual company-wide meetings and this is a great tool to use when presenting the data. The reports are customizable and easy to pull and present. When sending out our once a year Survey to our Partners, the automatic upload of contacts makes this process easy and fast! I love how Birdeye presents the data (from the survey) and is broken out in many variations and can be used in a number of ways Return on Investment - Time Saver -Automated tasks of at least 1 full-time employee Other Software Used - Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft 365 Business Premium, JazzHR Support Rating - Always available to meet! Usability - We use it DAILY!

    You shouldn't do business without them! Use Cases and Deployment Scope - We rely heavily on Birdeye for customer reviews. It makes it so easy for customers to automatically get a review request via text after their services are completed, and then we're able to collect those valuable reviews so easily! In this day and age, reviews are everything, and we take our reviews seriously. We're able to commend employees for positive reviews, and be proactive about reviews that reveal an issue. Honestly, for a company of our size, there's no other way to manage review gathering aside from Birdeye. Pros - Text message review requests -User interface that is intuitive and easy to navigate -One stop shop for review gathering -Customer service was fast and efficient for end user Cons - Issue resolution when they first come up -Price point -constantly updating with new functionality Likelihood to Recommend - It's perfect for our business - when we complete a service for a homeowner, they text goes out to request a review and it's recorded. We don't have to ask for reviews, or hope that people jump into Google to leave one. Return on Investment - Dramatically increased number of reviews -Made it so easy to collect reviews -Made it easy to spot and deal with negative reviews Other Software Used - Microsoft 365 Business Premium, Facebook Business Manager, Microsoft 365 Support Rating - They were easy to contact, and resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again in the future! Usability - Super easy to use, and when there's an issue, it's quickly resolved with their excellent customer service team.

    Eyeing Birdeye? It Works! Use Cases and Deployment Scope - We use Birdeye for review aggregation and analytics. Pros - Gives us reviews from customers -Gives us data to analyze how we are serving our customers -The website is user-friendly Cons - Exporting Spreadsheets is probably the most difficult Likelihood to Recommend - I think it really performs well for what we do for our business. As a company that is committed to serving our customers and providing a quality experience, the data analysis we get from Birdeye truly helps us to continue to innovate and grow our business. We can monitor which locations are performing well and keep a pulse through the lens of Birdeye. Return on Investment - Positive for sure, gives us tangible stats on how our locations are performing Other Software Used - Microsoft 365 Business Premium, Adobe Acrobat, AppleCare for Enterprise Support Rating - Very helpful, prompt, informative, and not afraid to do some troubleshooting. Usability - A bit of a learning curve, but seamless once you get it!

    Ankur was incredibly accommodating and helpful in arriving at what I believe will be our solution. I would hope the caching of the embeddable widgets would be something that is called out in your knowledge base, but it is not. :) I like your product.
