Our customers feed back is the life blood of our company and helps us to know if we are healthy or where we need to improve to care for them. Happy customer happy business and Birdeye helps us do that! Pros - Their customer service is awesome, always friendly and helpful. -They help funnel the multiple sources of information and consolidate that knowledge right to you! -Web-site is user friendly. Cons - Notifications need some work. -Social media platform need help too. Likelihood to Recommend - When we are trying to follow up with customer, Birdeye helps us to do it professionally. Return on Investment - Birdeye helps us achieve our goal of WOWing customers. -Birdeye helps us keep a step ahead with know what we can do improve. Support Rating - Friendly and fast! Usability - Fantastic customer service and a product that delivers result!

    Amazing Source Use Cases and Deployment Scope - Birdeye has been an amazing tool that helps generalize all of our companies reviews together. By utilizing Birdeye, we are able to optimize on reviews and keep a live outlook on the feedback we receive as a company. We are able to share the praises of reviews within our company, to lift up employees and celebrate for providing good services. We are also able to be informed of a negative review and be able to address the issue with the customer right away, which usually turns our negative review into a positive! Pros - 24/7 live feed of reviews -Emails when new reviews come in -Access to giving feed back back to customers Cons - I have not come across any issues on my end Likelihood to Recommend - Birdeye is a great tool to receive customer reviews. Our company loves to serve customers, so staying on top of all positive and negative reviews is vital to our operations. We are able to get visuals on negative reviews that come in, and respond quickly to customers to resolve the issue. This helps turn our negative reviews into positives most of the time as well Return on Investment - Addressing negative feedback -24/7 visuals on reviews -Emails from Birdeye Alternatives Considered - AngelList Venture - Birdeye has more content. The set up from Birdeye is very easy to navigate for our company. The set up is very easy. Birdeye can be utilized to send emails of live feedback which allows us to be able to respond in quickly manners. Birdeye has been my favorite platform so far. Other Software Used - AngelList Venture, Centreviews, Birdeye Support Rating - Great support. Fast and efficient. Usability - This is very user friendly.

    great product Use Cases and Deployment Scope - we use birdeye for customer reviews on our services that we porvide. this gives us great feedback to be able to better serve our customers. wether it is changing policies, are there areas we are missing in training, or how we can simply better serve our customers on a daily basis. the feedback is quick and easy to follow. Pros - keeps me updated on how we are doing providing services -ease of use for our customers to review our company Cons - i do not have any examples Likelihood to Recommend - If you are looking for feedback on your company, this platform provides your customers, consumers, and individuals to provide direct feedback on how you are doing. Even if it is a negative review it provides you a baseline of what you need to do to solve whatever issues are being discussed. Return on Investment - great insight on how we are servicing our customers Support Rating - i havent used support for this product Usability - very easy to use, reviews go directly to my email and i can follow up with out a problem to help solve any issues, or to simply say thanks for reviewing our services

    A Birdseye view for your Business Use Cases and Deployment Scope - We utilize Birdeye to monitor all customer relayed feedback. Birdeye allows us to receive direct feedback from our customers quickly and easily. Even customers who struggle with technology have an easy time giving us feedback on this platform. A lot of customers comment that they don't use google or yelp and cannot give us feedback on those sites. It would be great if new customers looking for a company could see some of our positive Birdeye reviews. The platform is great and we enjoy the analytics as more come our way. Pros - Quick and efficient feedback -Easy to use -Great pulse of how we are doing Cons - As mentioned, potentially having good internal Birdeyes shown to potential customers -Ways to categorize and organize reviews more on the mobile app Likelihood to Recommend - I do believe any service based industry that truly cares about their customers and their opinions would benefit greatly from Birdeye. We have tons of visibility into what we are doing well and what we are not. Return on Investment - As reviews increase we have continued to grow as a company -We benefit because we have slightly less reliance on paying for leads -Not sure how expensive it is so just benefits here Support Rating - It seems we get support quickly, and problems are resolved in an efficient manner. Very stable and reliable platform. Usability - New to using the mobile app but very pleased so far. It is a bit hard to organize and keep track of things on the phone app, but overall it is good. I love the emails with the weekly reviews.

Pros - Scoring -Clarity -Reliable -Communication Cons - None Likelihood to Recommend - Birdseye allows me to get ahead of any customer issues in my service company branch. The platform gives our customers a voice to help us better tailor our services to their satisfaction before leaving us another review online. That fact that our new business prospects rely heavily on customer reviews is why I think this service is of great benefit. Not all customers are created equal and this platform helps us to cover all bases for ultimate satisfaction in a service industry. Birdseye is always helpful in this industry.
