    Love Birdeye! Use Cases and Deployment Scope - Birdeye is used primarily by our Marketing Department. It allows for reach outreach and monitoring. Pros - User friendly dashboard. -Great Account Management team. -Seamless review outreach. Cons - Nothing needs improvement; Birdeye's capabilities and system are miles ahead of their competitors. Likelihood to Recommend - Birdeye is well suited for growing your overall number of positive reviews and limiting the number of negative reviews posted about your company on the web. Birdeye is less appropriate for smaller businesses as the cost per location is higher than competitors. It makes sense when you have a multi-location business. Users and Roles - Marketing Return on Investment - Growing the number of reviews for all of our clinics which in turn has helped to boost revenue. Alternatives Considered - We have used Review Trackers however their review outreach is limited to only email review requests and not SMS messages like Birdeye.

    it was a rocky beginning, we didn't get a call so I called in and there was some confusion... but he did great, answered all of our questions, and spent a lot of time with us making sure the program would work for our business, given it is a unique use case.

    After contacting Customer Support I was called by one of their representatives within a few minutes. He kept me on the line until the problem was completely resolved and the update to our listing was live. After that they sent a follow up email with a screenshot of our listing to ensure it was done correctly. Great work!

    My experience with Hafsa was excellent. She was very helpful, and made it clear that she was on hand to answer any questions after the implementation experience.

    Pretty quickly after we started the upload, Kyle found a slight hiccup with our particular software. After I provided all the (minimal) help I could, he was able to go behind the scenes, remote access our service and finish the install. It was fun watching my computer screen in action. All went really well, and we got our first review this afternoon - 5 stars. Thanks Kyle

    Finally a way to manage those negative people Pros: It is always a hassle when you have people out there whose main goal in life is to post negative messages Cons: You can't always get all the negative information out there but it does a pretty good job of finding most of it Overall: get rid of those ney sayers
