From the time I signed the agreement to the onboarding meeing it was about 2 weeks. I think this should be a couple days after. I understand you are busy, but 2 weeks is a long time to wait after signing a contract. We are pleased with the product so far.

I honestly didnt think Id get someone on the phone so i filled out an email ticket too. Not only did i actually get someone on the phone but she took the time to answer ALL of my questions and concerns. Jaw dropping! you don't find this level of customer support anymore. thank you!
