    It was overall very helpful! I appreciate that the rep stayed online for several hours to answer a lot of questions and help me understand BirdEye tools better. I feel more comfortable navigating BirdEye and also am glad to know that I can get my questions answered in a timely manner.

    Quick, efficient, knew what I was asking for (sometimes I am not the best at communicating what I need!).

    I have spent countless hours and thousands of dollars with companies that could not deliver!. Within a few minutes on-boarding I had wrong information corrected, I am able to place reviews across to other platforms, the ease of this program will have employees competing with each other. I have high expectations that this program will deliver!

    Andrew Johnson has been incredible to work with! I genuinely look forward to hearing from him when he reaches out. He always answers all of my questions in a timely manner, never hesitates to make things easier, and always makes sure to check-in on how we're doing. I chose to sign up for Birdeye because of Andrew. I knew that I could count on him to make sure that we were 100% satisfied, and I wish that more companies offered this same level of service.
