    I would love it if when reviews are left, they have to select a star rating. We've had a couple people leave good written reviews but not choose the star rating. I go on sites and they won't take my review until I've left the star rating, so that would be a big improvement in the future. Your customer service dept always helps us with this promptly and I appreciate that. However, i would like an email instead of a phone call to add the star rating. Thx!

    Your rep was up to speed, knowledgeable and funny. She made a stress moment into something simple and not as scary as we though. Even though we are not so techy she helped us understand the basics and offer any help that we may need in the future.
