Certainly it makes easier to get the more reviews from the patients. It will be nice if the site can provide more templates so that we don't have to do our own search.

We are so glad we found BirdEye! The number of feedback responses have greatly increased since we started using them about a year ago. I would say at least 90% of our new patients state that they read our reviews and chose to call us based on all the positive feedback they found. They aren't overbearing, and are user friendly for us as well as our patients that receive the feedback requests. On the rare occasion that we might need customer support, they're easy to get to and quick to resolve any issue that may arise. Thank you so much for what you provide!

BirdEye Makes Reputation Management Easy! Pros: I can track and manage several review sites from one centralized location. I can also send review requests from one central location. I can track what employees are getting positive reviews. Cons: I really have no complaints about this software. Overall: Overall, BirdEye makes reputation management a breeze. Our overall rating has improved across various review sites and we have seen an increase in the amount of ratings as well.

Just set up BirdEye at my office. The whole staff has been great. The setup is easy. The price is extremely reasonable. Can’t wait to see the results it delivers to my office.
