I have loved using Birdeye for our patient reviews. I can track the reviews and also print them out to send them to the referring doctors. Their customer service is great!

Helping us to attract new clients for years! Use Cases and Deployment Scope - We use BirdEye for our whole organization. Each time we sell a home, we send our clients a link to write a review about their experience. BirdEye gives prospective clients a window into the experiences of past clients. It gives me instant credibility as a salesperson, which has led to new business. Pros - They make it easy to capture reviews. -They have great customer service if you have any questions or concerns. -Their site shows up high when clients Google my name. Cons - I suppose it would be useful to be able to send multiple requests for reviews at the same time. -BirdEye could send reminders to clients if they haven't written a review (after a few days or so). -All in all, I am happy with their service. Likelihood to Recommend - It is suited in any sales business as clients are going more and more online to shop for services. They want social proof that you are treating your customers well and getting results. It would be less appropriate in a business that does not have a lot of online presence, but none come to mind. Users and Roles - The salesperson (or listing agent), the administrator, and the buyer's agents. The listing agent will use it whenever he/she sells a home, the buyer's agent whenever they help a buyer find a home and the administrator is just there to manage the process. Often the administrator will be the one actually sending the reviews to clients. Return on Investment - Clients are more easily sold on our service after they have seen reviews. -Clients are more apt to contact us directly online when they see reviews. -Not only buyers, but also sellers are online, so it's a win-win. Alternatives Considered - We haven't used any other software for reviews or reputation management at this point. Other Software Used - DocuSign, Dropbox, Google Drive

Highly recommend in any sales business! Pros: It's easy to use and easy to capture reviews. In this day and age, online presence is super important and our future clients are going on the internet before they choose a real estate agent. We want to not only have the most reviews, but the most five star reviews and BirdEye makes that easy. Cons: I really have not had any negative issues with the software. It delivers on helping me get lots of good reviews. The page also comes up high on the SEO when someone googles my name. Overall: I would recommend it to anyone in any business that is trying to reach new customers online.

I use Birdeye for work, and I think it’s great. They’re pretty responsive with their support, and the system works very well.

An Answer for us In our business, the teams that work in the field are tired at the end of the day. We have been having difficulty having them ask for a referral. We had office staff ask for referrals. The office staff doesn't have the same relationship with the customers as the technicians in the field do. We tried Birdeye not knowing what would happen. We are very happy with the results. I suggest trying Birdeye and seeing the results.

BirdEye Substantially Built Clients Businesses Pros: The ease of use and the technical support are my favorite aspects of the software. Simple to set up and whenever in need, the technical support department is wonderful!!!!! I deal with a number of third party companies - tech support here is above and beyond. Best of all, the software really makes a difference for my clients as everyone thrives and flourishes on good reviews if so deserving! Cons: In some ways it is a bit basic. Would like more control over the look and feel of the product - sometimes being told a change cannot be made. Also, would prefer more control on my end - rather than having to rely on tech support - although again they are a pleasure to work with. Overall: As a reseller of the product, not only is there money to be made, it really works. I look like a superstar to my clients growing their businesses substantially....

Love it! Pros: An easy to use, everyday kind of software that is great! Cons: The ability to respond back to Google reviews directly from emails should be implemented. Overall: The company and the employees all go out of their way to do exceptional work!
