Although the wait was quite long, the representative that assisted me (Ujjwal Singh) was extremely helpful, thorough, and kind. He made sure my issue was taken care of, and took his time to try different solutions to address my case. I was at the bank and missed his call; he called back several times to ensure everything was working on my end, and he left a voicemail. People like him are what keeps businesses in business and at the top!

I am a returning customer to BirdEye. We were previously with a marketing agency and our contract included BirdEye. Recently we canceled the contract and with that went BirdEye. That lasted about 2 months before realizing how much value it added to our company. They have simplified the process of asking for reviews from customers. Also, they made it easy to share that content across social media outlets! The option to send complaints has also helped us identify problems before they got out of hand. Would recommend to any business building reviews!

I just signed up for the service. I had a positive on-board experience and hope that this internet based company provides my business with the benefits I am seeking. The internet has lots of companies seeking to get my business (have me pay a fee) and I have to be selective with whom I spend my money. I am optimistic that I chose wisely in hiring BirdEye.

Talk about going above and beyond expectations. During my setup a few minor errors were noticed on my social media listings and even my website and Kyle not only educated me on these errors but helped me fix them. I had tried contacting Google in the past all that led was to more help pages to read. Thanks to the team at Bird Eye these problems that have persisted for a long time have now been corrected. It was also great that they didn’t make it about completing the process in an allotted time but saw it through to complete the process when it was properly done which was going above and beyond the service I signed up for.
