Pushy channel sales development team but very responsive to customer reviews - which is good because it's their business. After posting a very negative review of my first experience with a salesperson who used questionable tone in his correspondence with me, I received a personal email and phone call from a manager who wanted to right the ship. I've since edited this review and walk back my first claims because they show a true interest in improving the customer experience. A testament to their brand's claims.

Boosting my biz Pros: Very easy to use and getting some great reviews. Already seeing more traffic to our website! Cons: That I cannot have reviews posted to other sites. IE - they review me on Google but it doesn't show up on The Knot or Wedding Wire. That would be very helpful. Overall: We are boosted in the Google search and seeing more hits on the website.

"Birdeye Reputation review" What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye gives us the ability to monitor all online reviews for our business at multiple locations. What do you dislike about Birdeye? At times the system lacks the ability to be flexible. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Great tool, checks all the boxes for reputation management. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? The ability to monitor all reviews and respond in one place, along with reporting.

"Great Experience With BirdEye" What do you like best about Birdeye? BirdEye makes it incredibly simple for our clients to review our services. We are able to send a link via text or email that allows for our clients to quickly and easily write a review. This is convenient for our staff AND our clients. It is also very user friendly. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I have not noticed any downsides thus far and we have been using BirdEye for many months! Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Strongly consider using BirdEye. It is very user friendly and convenient. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We found it difficult to get clients to write company reviews because the process was difficult and inconvenient for them. By being able to send a direct link we have eliminated the hassle that stopped clients from writing reviews before. We have noticed a huge increase in the number of reviews left.

BEST SERVICE EVER! Pros: BirdEye is so comprehensive and user friendly! It allows us to get patient feedback with ease and has really influenced our online ratings. "so easy and helpful" What do you like best about Birdeye? How simple the design and how easy it is to use! What do you dislike about Birdeye? what's not to like? I can't honestly think of a way to improve, If it was free that'd be nice, but then the improvements and technical support wouldn't be as great. I'm happy to continue paying for such a great service! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We have the chance to right problems or disagreements before anything is posted online, this saves us countless losses from potential clients passing us by due to a poor review that's hard to remove

"Lightning Fast Results!" What do you like best about Birdeye? In just over two weeks we have more than doubled our total number of reviews that we have had in the past two years. Our goal is to be number one on the google organic listings and on the map for local tree services. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I don't see a down side. I have the ability to follow our results on the BirdEye app and can respond to our customers in real time. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: I would recommend setting up a conference call with a BirdEye representative to discuss the options and see the features and benefits of the service. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? More than doubled my reviews in just over two weeks with BirdEye. I can receive real time feedback and respond quickly. It helped to resolve an issue with a customer that was pleased with our work but was confused about the time frame of the work being done. It was resolved in a positive and efficient manner.
