    Probably the single best investment I've made in my business for the the money. This platform simply works - exactly as advertised. Onboarding and customer service are top notch. If you are looking to gain more exposure online through real reviews, this should be your last stop.

    Leave it to the Birds Pros: Birdeye review platform is actually very easy to use for both users. We struggled to receive reviews from our clients and this allowed a fast and easy way ! Cons: I could not find a con to using this platform except that it is manually inputted and I would have liked to have it automated from a CRM. It maybe has this capability,I just haven't explored it yet. Overall: This platform can easily send links to clients for reviews and we have received far more reviews using this platform than anything we have tried before.

    Nice but expensive. Nothing really bad to say.... nice service for businesses, but the service starts at $2500/year for the BASIC plan, and goes up from there. We kept the service for 3 years but dropped Birdeye this year because we’re not getting the ROI from this service to justify the $2500 annual fee. I’d give BirdEye a 5 Star rating if the annual fee was dropped to $500/yr.

    "Best line of Communication" What do you like best about Birdeye? Our patients can contact us so easy at the click of a button with any questions they may have. This makes the practice so easy to communicate with and also accommodate the patient for the best line of contact. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I cant text patients that aren't already int he system. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Keep improving What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Scheudling changes, helping the patients get in quicker for emergency appointments

    "We love Birdeye!!!" What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye is so easy to use from administration to lower level employees everyone can be a part of the process! What do you dislike about Birdeye? I wish that when a review is given on another site that we could place on Facebook as a review there! That is a Facebook setting though and not Birdeye Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Worth every penny!!! This service helps not only improve your online status but it also helps to make sure we are still serving our clients in a way that suits their needs What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?     "Online Tool has Many Features and Ease of Use for Reporting" What do you like best about Birdeye? The online access is easy and very versatile allowing us to capture the elements we want for our reporting purposes. What do you dislike about Birdeye? The only issue we have experienced is if something isn't available it may take some time to be developed. This doesn't happen often. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Great tool for comparing relative performance over time What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Birdeye allows us a constant monitoring control to measure our performance against other competitors over a long time horizon.

    If we could afford it we would use it. Pros: Tons of features and it genuinely helped us with our ads. We have a real need for this tool and look forward to see how it grows. Cons: Ony problem is its cost. We look forward to seeing how they develop and I want to use it. just not accessible to a small firm. Overall: Great! Dying to find a way to afford it. Great customer service.

    This is an amazing resource if you have numerous review sources. It rally allows you to keep tabs on all of them in one convenient location. Their Help Desk is absolutely amazing.

    Allscripts Integration is a nightmare. It took 3 weeks when they said it would take 2 days. However, the services they offer are very beneficial, and they have very friendly and helpful management and executives. I hope my companies future working with them goes much smoother and can benefit both of us. Update: I've been contacted and informed they are taking steps to reduce these problems in the future. I will raise my review again in the future based on if it's followed through. I've changed my rating to a 4 star since they were able to integrate text messages review with our allscripts.

    I want to personally thank Johnny from Birdeye. I had a bad experience late last month; and expressed by concerns via an online review. Johnny from Birdeye immediately responded via email, and followed by several phone calls. She was beyond understanding, concerned, and extremely kind. I went from a bad experience to a great turn around. This is what customer service is defined as. I couldn't have a better or more pleasant experience. Thank you so much Johnny, you are amazing !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Earlier today I posted a 1 star review. Jennifer with Birdeye reached out to me and was able to take a bad situation and make it right. She was amazing and addressed the situation properly. Thanks Jennifer! Besides one customer service hiccup that has been addressed, Birdeye has been a great company to deal with. Their services work well and I recommend them to any business looking to better manage their online reviews.

    "AWESOME experience!" What do you like best about Birdeye? We always believed a majority of our patients were happy, yet the only people that would ever review would complain. Now we can truly see the true impressions. Additionally the ease using the birdeye website is wonderful. My onboarding experience with Nick was the best. He gave me great ideas, answered every question AND made the entire process really fun! The reviews are rolling in on a regular basis and customers have commented on how much they like it. What do you dislike about Birdeye? So far, I cannot find a thing to dislike. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Implementing birdeye has been the quickest, easiest way to raise our google reviews. It was almost immediate. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Obviously raising our survey scores has been a huge benefit. I believe the higher scores will have an impact on our referrals.

    Share your stories with great reviews Pros: Birdeye allows us to capture reviews from our members and display them on our website for all to see! Cons: I'm relatively new to using the reports and would like to have more time to be able to give a review on it. Overall: Birdeye has an incredible dashboard of all kinds of reports to run allowing your company to see how they are doing. They also provide you a competitors overview to see how you are doing with competitors in your area.

    "How BirdEye efficiently benefitted me and my company" What do you like best about Birdeye? BirdEye was very helpful with catching reviews that I would not have even know existed. Finding amazing reviews hidden in the web boosted my employees confidence that some recognized their kindness and talents. What do you dislike about Birdeye? There is nothing that I dislike about Birdeye at this time. I actually do not have much experience with Birdseye other than getting hidden review through our email when customer experience reports are sent through. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: No advice to give at this time. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Finding reviews that were hidden before.

    BirdEye is essential for my business in tourism! Pros: It is so simple to respond to comments/reviews on multiple platforms. It is so nice to not have to be able to log in to every platform and comment on reviews. Cons: Nothing. I have no major complaints about this software. I have used to weekly for a long period of time and it is great. Overall: Commenting on reviews is so easy now. This software has helped our company so much.
