    "Birdeye is very useful to keep track of Reviews and our progress. " What do you like best about Birdeye? How easy it is to send the link to our tenants to leave a review. It makes the process so easy for everyone to use. It make it easy for our tenants to the review right then without an hassle at all. What do you dislike about Birdeye? There isn't anything that I dont dislike about Birdeye. Maybe to make writing the review more simply. I cant really think out anything that I dislike about birdeyes. It is just a really great program. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Its a great resource. It really helps your company grows in review and watch your progress. It is such a easy thing to use and help other. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? How easy it is to use it. I really like how I keeps tracks of everything. It is a very professional use to our company and that tenants find it very easy for them to use. We are able to grow as company in reviews because of birdeye. People are able to see other people review very easily and helps our business grow greatly.

    "Great Product!" What do you like best about Birdeye? BirdEye is a simple and easy to use product and really helps our company out by helping us reaching out for reviews with a simple survey. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I haven’t noticed anything that i dislike about the program. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: I do not have any recommendations What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? One benefit i have realized is that the surveys we send out are very simple and easy to use. I have not had one person have any issue or difficulty using BirdEye.

    "If you ask, they will review!" What do you like best about Birdeye? Our industry is very competitive. When potential clients are shopping our services, there are many companies to choose from. Positive reviews are what help us stand out above the competition. BirdEye has made it so easy to ask for reviews! Clients and customers can receive emails and text messages to remind them about submitting a review. We have discovered that even if our clients are having a positive experience, they are not going to submit a review unless we ask them for one. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I can't think of anything negative. Our experience with it so far has been great! Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: You won't regret using BirdEye to help get those reviews. We've found that the number of reviews we have received has increased significantly which has helped our growth as a business. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We used to ask people for reviews, and they would tell us they would do it, but forget. With the text feature, it makes it real easy for a client or customer to submit a review. It also makes it easy for our field guys to ask for reviews. They can enter the customer into Birdeye, from their phone or tablet, before they even leave the customer's home after a scheduled visit. Since we started using Birdeye, the number of reviews we have received, as a company, has increased significantly.

    "If you are a lawyer, and you don't have Birdeye for your firm, you need to change that today." What do you like best about Birdeye? I love getting all of these reviews from our clients. I loved how easy it was to set up the program and begin reaping the benefits of the company. Everything that birdeye promised, they delivered on. Also, their hands on training and easy implementation is amazing. They trained my staff in less than an hour on their program. Within 2 weeks from the first phone call with Birdeye, we started getting positive reviews online. In my business, positive reviews online are so incredibly important. Well, we now have a leg up on the competition. We are absolutely satisfied with Birdeye thus far. What do you dislike about Birdeye? We do not have any problems with Birdeye. I know that sounds cliché to say, but seriously, we have not encountered any problems with set up or implementation. If you own a small business, you need to get Birdeye. From the time of the first phone call, we were set up and getting good reviews in less than 2 weeks. I was a little skeptical at first, but after a month of getting positive reviews from our previous clients, I have zero doubts any more. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: They are professional, easy to work with and we have received excellent results! If you are a small business owner, you need to hire Birdeye. You will be so happy with their results!! In less than a month, we now have almost twenty good reviews. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Our clients were able to easily make good reviews for our company. For the first year, we only had 3-4 reviews. Now that Birdeye has helped us, we have almost 20 reviews in about 2 months. Had I known then what I know now, I would have been a Birdeye client from day one. I am willing to bet I would have two to three as many reviews as I do now. We had the happy clients, we just didn't have a way to effectively get them to write great reviews for us on different mediums. Birdeye has solved that issue for us. I would happily recommend Birdeye to anyone whose business will be helped by good customer reviews. They also contacted the clients without bothering the clients. That is incredibly difficult to do. Yet, Birdeye continues to deliver. We have not had a single customer complaint about Birdeye.

    worked with a Payal today to get Sikka installed on a sever i could only access remotely. we had several obstacles being we have so may screens we were working off of. She did an amazing job and had a solution for everything. i have worked with several people at Birdseye,she by far is my favorite and deserves 10 stars:)

    Our office had had great success in getting honest, and mostly very positive, reviews from patients using this. We have used several different (but similar) communication programs over the years, but BirdEye is by far has produced the best results. Highly recommend to other businesses considering a review request program, as it's super easy to use and the customer service is amazing.

    "Superior Customer Service" What do you like best about Birdeye? I like being able to chat with someone online and resolve my issues without sitting on hold. The customer service was exceptional. I was able to get help quickly to resolve my issue. The customer service representative even personally called me back once the issue was resolved. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Nothing that I can think of at the moment. I am relatively new to Birdeye and haven't come across anything I don't like. Birdeye seems to hit on all areas needed for my reviews. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: In looking at several companies to manage reviews Birdeye stood out as a clear leader. So far I am not disappointed in the service and would highly recommend them. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Consolidating reviews into one streamline solution. Creating campaigns to automatically send review requests to clients. This system is helping create a better online presence by adding more reviews. It's also creating some additional awareness about my customer satisfaction rating which helps drive business.

    BirdEye Review Pros: What I liked about this software was that I was able to set up review management for my clients. The setup was easy and understandable. Cons: What I didn't like about this software was that it was very difficult to integrate with other software. When I tried to contact their support team they were not that helpful. The interaction took hours and we were not able to resolve the issue.

    Birdeye helps businesses get client reviews.. essential for running business in 2020 Pros: Birdeye allows you to contact your past clients to ask them to leave a review for you on sites such as Google, Yelp, Bing, etc. This is essential in running a business nowadays. Cons: No cons for Birdeye. Does what it's supposed to do for the user. Overall: The difficult part, however, is getting a client to actually act upon getting the email review request from Birdeye. Once Birdeye sends the request, you are at the mercy of your past client to open, click, and leave a review. If they do, that review will be posted to Google or other sites. A lot of client reviews helps businesses succeed nowadays.

    "Birdeye is awesome" What do you like best about Birdeye? BirdEye makes it really easy to get reviews. We do in home work with customers and they rely on us being a reputable company. When we have hundreds of positive reviews online it helps us stand out in comparison to the competition. We had always asked our customers to write reviews for us in the past, and they would say that they would fill out a review, but seldom did it. With BirdEye we just send a text message invitation via the app and it links them directly to our company and allows them to review us on any of the platforms that they would like where they have an account. It really has helped us increase the number of reviews that we have received, which has in turn helped us get more consultation requests online. It really has helped us grow. What do you dislike about Birdeye? There aren't too many things to dislike with BirdEye. The only suggestion that I have made to the developers is to make the communication with customers through the app more like a chat window on your computer. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: I would look at how easy it is to use. The app is very intuitive and the dashboard allows you to manage multiple offices if that's something you need to do. Another really useful feature is the ability to share your reviews on social media accounts, so it has an amplifying effect. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? The best thing BirdEye has done for us is make the review process simple. My installers aren't the most tech savvy guys, so we needed something that was really easy to use. Once we switched over to BirdEye we had a huge increase in total number of review requests submitted to customers. We send the review request right from the customers house to their phones and have them follow the link when they get the message so we know that the link works and they know where to go to write a review. It's really helped us increase the frequency and consistency with which we receive positive reviews from our customers.

    Excellent Reputation Generator! Use Cases and Deployment Scope - Maintaining a strong reputation is critical to success in our business. Customers have a choice to make between us and our competitors. Providing prospective customers with a strong reputation established by existing and former customers is vital to them selecting X-tra Storage. Birdeye provides the service easily and affordably for us to maintain our strong reputation. Pros - Easy to onboard from a competitive service. -Excellent support when needed. Easy to integrate into our property management software. Cons - Honestly, I cannot provide a constructive criticism. Likelihood to Recommend - I believe I have already expounded on this. Users and Roles - Overall management Return on Investment - Difficult to measure, but our vacancy rate is well below the industry average. Alternatives Considered - Easier to use and more comprehensive service.

    "Birdeye Makes Reviews EASY as 1,2,3!" What do you like best about Birdeye? Potential clients and customers don't have to bounce around from site to site looking at reviews, when they're all in one place. The value add of that is tremendous, because with each review platform there are chances potential customers are going to drop off because they've either found another provider, lost interest and decide to come back to their search later, or get distracted by something else. What do you dislike about Birdeye? No cons that I can think of, perfectly happy with Birdeye! Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Head and shoulders above other offerings in this space! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Managing and responding to reviews in as close to real time as possible, and further enhancing our value prop to potential clients.
