Capterra Review Pros: I like how user friendly it is. It's very easy to connect and communicate with patients using this software. I can see why so many companies are using it for their businesses. Cons: I wish that there was a plugin tool that connected to other scheduling softwares. Overall: BirdEye has been an excellent tool for our business. We depend on it daily and love receiving feedback from our patients.!

"A good way to get an accurate read on your customer experiences" What do you like best about Birdeye? Very easy to user interface, it's intuitive and the functionality is simple yet effective. The automated review function is great, it means the team just upload the contact details and don't have to do or think about anything else, it's extremely time efficient. I also love the private feedback option for customers that weren't satisfied, this allows us to respond to these customers on a personal level which is very effective for resolving any issues, plus it doesn't take away from our great score. What do you dislike about Birdeye? At the moment we aren't seeing a huge response rate so the cost/value proposition could be improved a little. Maybe this is down to our customers and not the platform and I think if more people were responding the cost wouldn't seem that high. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Driving reviews across our social platform to reinforce social validation of our brand and products/services. Having this review functionality allows us to give a vehicle to unhappy customers to express any concerns or issues without damaging our brand.

Displays all of our reviews! Pros: We love this software because it take all of our customer reviews from all places and puts them in one central place on on our website! Cons: It's very easy to use, we really don't have to do anything! Our reviews get transferred effortlessly from the various places right to our website! Overall: Our future potential customers can see what our current ones have to say about the excellent care and service that we provide!

"Bird Eye Review from home services company." What do you like best about Birdeye? I like how easy it is to request our customers to review our services. What do you dislike about Birdeye? The use of all services offered under our subscription requires a significant investment of time and technical knowledge. I would be very happy with a slimmer suite that offers some of the SMS and review functions only. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: BirdEye is a great suite for making sure you are communicating regularly with your customers and getting their feedback. Their tools make it easy to give your customers a number of different ways to reach you. BirdEye has been an integral part of us reducing our customer cancels by over 50% this year. Their service department is very quick to help if a technical issue comes up also. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? With Birdeye, I'm engaging my customers in the feedback loop so we can be better at serving them.

I want to commend Bird Eye Technical Support on their excellent customer service! We had a glitch in our program and it took several tries to correct. The technician, Himanchu was outstanding! I always appreciate someone who is not afraid to ask for help from their colleagues. He worked with another technician to solve our issue. In addition, he had to contact me a few times and each time we scheduled a call, he called. Rare today. Thank you! Brilliant! I would recommend this service highly.

"BirdEye delivered on what it promised." What do you like best about Birdeye? Easy engagement with patients. Access to support. Love how the UI encourages suboptimal feedback to post directly to the company rather than review sites. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Lack of full automation with current system. Would love to see full integration to Salesforce.com Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Spend time setting up all functionality on the front end rather than adding on what you get started. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Gaining a better understanding of our patients’ experiences. Ability to share positive feedback with employees who were a part of the patient experience.

"BirdEye makes Feedback Management a pleasure for area administrators" What do you like best about Birdeye? The ease of having all feedback from the clients in one location is important. I like that it has comment samples to use when you 're unsure what's what, particularly when it's a critical comment. For anyone fresh to BirdEye or trying to providing customer image, this is so useful and only adds to the ease of everything. I have suggested BirdEye quite only several mates already, and therefore will continue to use it. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Little to boast about. Only one thing I would add is to allow additional user control of management-level functions relating to application assignments and client scope. I don't know whether that was a restriction on BIrdEye or a restriction that my business administrators put in place. Knowing like all the material is easy to handle and to digest. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? The protocol will see how the access to our physicians were changing the world and recommended to our professionals. We allow each patient to engage during an Associate and Services Review. This helps strengthen the health of our customers and the wellbeing of our clients. As we will really don't want a doctor to send us a bad drug. Often, we wouldn't need to move to ask a specialist for an exam, except if we didn't send them excellent services. It's how we surmount and understand the benefits of BirdEye.

"Very pleased with Birdeye!" What do you like best about Birdeye? It is so simple to use to begin collecting reviews. The training and support have been very good as well. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I have not found any features that I dislike yet. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: If you are looking for a way to insurance your patients/clients take the time to give you an all important review, this seems to be the best way. The review requests are send directly to the patient and they just take a moment to review and we are notified and have a chance to respond. Very easy and it is working for us! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? In the past we have not been successful in getting our patients to give us a review on their own. The Birdeye system makes it easy for patients to give us a review. Even if they do not want to write anything, they can simply use a Star rating. Looking at the number of review we now have on Google, it is solving the issue and the benefit for us will be moving up on the Google page.

My BirdEye View Overall I am extremely pleased with Birdeye and will be a lifetime user of their products. Pros It’s easy to use for both businesses and consumers. My online reputation has grown drastically since I started using it. The mobile app makes it convenient and simple. Cons There are a few functions that I haven’t figured out how to use and I believe I may not be getting the most bang for my buck.

"Our Reviews Tripled" What do you like best about Birdeye? We started with BirdEye about a year ago and we are so happy with the results! We were having a hard time getting Google reviews and now we get at least one a day, usually more. What do you dislike about Birdeye? It is a bit pricey, but it is worth it for the amount of reviews we get now. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We have seen a dramatic increase in reviews which we struggled with obtaining before.

Getting noticed for the remarkable reviews! Pros: I like the way that this software manages the activity on the reviews requested. The dashboard is easy to navigate for reports as well as communication history on review requests down to the clicks!! Unfamiliarity to a certain function should not make you hesitant to ask for assistance as is it is easy access to a chat feature which is managed by top notch customer service reps. Cons: With continued use i may come up with a con but none have appeared to date!

"Great" What do you like best about Birdeye? Very straightforward to use unlike other platforms. I like the notifications you get, as well, once someone has reviewed. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I have only entered review requests manually so training on how to do batches would be helpful. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? It did give us reviews that showed up when you googled our agency which we did not have prior. I think it adds validity to our business.

Once set up with the help of the BirdEye crew, its functionality has been flawless. Our patients now have the opportunity to provide our office feedback in a very simple and easy way. Instant notification of a new comment has allowed our team to immediately reinforce the reviewer's kind words or address any concern they may voice. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Sometimes, Windows and Office Management software require updates. We have to be sure BirdEye is functional after other software updates are complete. Simple, easy... still one more step. No biggie. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Excellent means of relationship building and outreach! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Our whole team has been uplifted by implementation of BirdEye and have gone the extra mile to improve their care and service to EARN each and every positive review. It has been a pleasure to witness this collective improvement. The positive ripple effect of the BirdEye strategy has improved relationship building through our practice. "Great company to assist in generating reviews quickly" What do you like best about Birdeye? We are able to export hundreds of customers per month to them and have them generate review request in a timely manner and give the consumer multiple platforms to respond through. Customer service is very easy to work with as well. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Unable to automatically pull from our system. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? No current problems with them, and the benefits have been great in reaching more customers to help generate a positive light to consumers reading reviews left.

"Birdeye Exceeds Expectations" What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye is incredibly successful in producing a high quantity of online reviews for both of our dental practices. Birdeye has increased our Google and FB online reviews easily by 500%. Additionally, their customer service is second to none. We recently installed a significant upgrade to our practice management software platform (Dentrix). Unknown to me, this upgrade severed Birdeye's connection with our server. Birdeye did not wait for us to discover this for ourselves. They called and emailed us to schedule a time to remote into or servers to get Birdeye working again. Very proactive service. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Honestly, I was a bit taken aback by the monthly cost at first. However, Birdeye's success and their proactive and effective customer service team have completely won me over. I now view the monthly cost as one of the best values ever. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Birdeye has solved the problem of getting sufficient online reviews. Our reviews are overwhelmingly five star, but there have been a handful (fingers of one hand) of reviews less than five that Birdeye has effectively buried. We love that.
