    "Ecom Birdeye review" What do you like best about Birdeye? It allows you to pull all of your reviews into one location. What do you dislike about Birdeye? The reporting section should be able to customize What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? The ability to communicate to our customer via the various social media platforms in one tool.

You can manage all your feedback from multiple sources (Google, Yelp, Facebook) in a one stop shop! What do you dislike about Birdeye? I love everything about Birdeye and would recommend to all What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to see, respond and manage our social media reputation instantly by getting the data we need in one source.

    "Birdeye Has Been An Excellent Investment For My Law Firm" What do you like best about Birdeye? It is so easy to send a request for a review to that satisfied client. I have now trained myself and staff to do that while the memory is fresh. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Nothing really. All good. I think there are more ways I can use Birdeye but ahve not ahd the time to learn. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Online reputation is the lifeblood of business these days. Birdeye makes the review writing process simple and follows up for me with the client. The follow up with people and making sure they do what they say is the biggest chore after successfully closing a file.

    Easily used by Clients! Use Cases and Deployment Scope - We use [Birdeye] mainly to request review from clients. As soon as we are completed with their service needs , we send out due to the ease of Birdeye’s process. Anyone in our office can quickly accomplish this. They are continually adding additional features that we look at and see if they will be useful for our needs. Pros - Easy online format for users -Very ease of use for the client that receive our request -Accomplishes reviews for multiple platforms Cons - Reminders that requests were ignored not completed Likelihood to Recommend - For our business of mortgages this format is great Return on Investment - We definitely believe the positive reviews we have online are building trust in future clients. Usability - The format of the website is very user friendly Support Rating - I haven’t needed it

    "BirdEye helps us get the job done and with guest reviews and feedback" What do you like best about Birdeye? I like a lot of things about it. The platform is simple and easy to use. Alerts and reporting are simple to setup and route to multiple places. Their support is great. What do you dislike about Birdeye? There is not much that I dislike about BirdEye at this time. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: I think this could be a benefit to business owners across many fields to help manage customer feedback and more. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? It is nice to have all of the review platforms aggregated into once place. We can make actionable decisions on trends based on feedback that is instantaneously known across our team and different management channels.

    Best in class! What are you waiting for? Use Cases and Deployment Scope - Birdeye is integral to the success of our multi unit brand. We see every day how our restaurants are performing. With hundreds to thousands of restaurants we need input from guests. Birdeye helps us benchmark greatness. Pros - The dashboard let’s us identify stars and opportunities. -Birdeye enables operators to take action daily and recover unhappy guests. -Birdeye identifies strengths and weaknesses for the brand and by site. Cons - Birdeye has been a best in class provider for years. They listen, respond and act. Likelihood to Recommend - I would recommend Birdeye for all multi unit brands. Best in class. Return on Investment - The ROI for Birdeye is nearly infinite. Reasonable cost yet limitless feedback. Alternatives Considered - We found Birdeye to be the most responsive and best firm to truly partner with us. They took our suggestions and implemented them. They respond well. They were always there for us. Other Software Used - Punchh, Compeat, with Ctuit Radar, Paylocity Usability - Easy to use Support Rating - Best in class.

    "Excellent user interface!" What do you like best about Birdeye? The ability to filter various reviews from multiple sources. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I have not ran into anything that I dislike as of yet, and doubt that I ever will. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Make sure you spend some time looking around to take advantage of all the features. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? I am able to see reviews before they post to Google and that enables me to reach out to and unhappy customer to possibly rectify any issues.

    I have been trying to cancel my account with no success. I cancelled in September 2020 and was told I would still get billed in October. But I was billed in November and December as well. I started at the beginning of January to try and cancel and have not had any luck. If I try to reset my password the site tells me there is no accounts associated with my email so I can't even log into the site but they continue to bill me. I received an email in January giving instructions on how to reactivate my account which would indicate I don't have an account but then a week later they charged me again. Horrible customer service. Update - I finally talked to them and they gave me the refund I was asking for so I am changing the rating from 1 star to 4 star.

    I attended a seminar at Mather Hospital on, Hip replacement. Dr. Fracchia headed the seminar and did a spectacular job. Every part of the Hip replacement process was talked about. I had searched for a great hospital and a great Doctor for some time. I left that seminar knowing I had found the right doctor and right hospital. The operation took place on March 10, 2020. Just pre covid but since Mather had a very good infectious control rating I felt comfortable. Every aspect of the process was flawless. Can not thank Doctor Fracchia enough for what I consider to be a perfect outcome. Follow-up visits after the operation were informative and held in a comfortable, friendly environment. I would recommend Dr. Fracchia without a moment of hesitation.

    As a dental office we were using an "all in one" service that handles appointment confirmations, reminders for overdue cleaning appointments and reviews. Overall we were very happy with their service except we just weren't getting the results we wanted with the reviews. We switched to BirdEye for our reviews and saw a major increase in our patient response rate!! Even though we are technically still paying for reviews through another company as part of a bundled price we find it to be worth it to also be paying BirdEye because our review result numbers have been so great! Plus they are always adding new ways to help their customers but introducing new products. Whether the products apply to our business or not, I like a company that is forward thinking and always looking to improve! I definitely recommend BirdEye!
