    "Makes reviewing better for Birdeys" What do you like best about Birdeye? With the support of Birdeye we quickly collect more than 500 feedback! It is indeed a simple, reliable and most important way to achieve our audience in real moment. This is crucial. If a buyer has an ensure that the company, he/she will also be way to notify us to fix the problem instead of leaving a derogatory examination. The ability to respond to feedback on the website helps to make sure all reviews are answered in due course. In total, our company was enormously supported by Birdeye! What do you dislike about Birdeye? It is used for the main part for house opportunities. I would claim that half of the people currently have renters who use it to make a complaint. In lieu of that I want to ask them to contact the office to discuss the problem as normal, but Then I also accept that the both cannot be distinguished. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: It has improved our contact with prospects, is not only that, nowadays and one feels with more efficient technologies and the chosen support network instead of talking directly on their devices. Recommended quite strongly! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We wanted more ratings and we didn't often tested and evaluated for them. We implemented this task with Birdeye, and it was awesome. We've had many different positive feedback in this insane year.

    This is probably the best platform a business can use to engage clients, stay connected, and develop their online reputation. Great on boarding experience, the team is highly knowledgeable and very helpful/supportive in getting you to use Birdeye properly. Highly Recommended!

    Birdeye was recommended to me by a colleague who had great things to say about her experience with them. Birdeye seems to have a keen understanding of the importance of building an online reputation and the best way to go about doing so. Their customer support provided a thorough walk through of the integration of their platform into my practice management software. The representative explained everything in great detail and encouraged questions from me to make sure that I understood the process. They also provide ways for the individual client to tweak the setup to make it function according to the needs of each practice. I am very happy to work with them.

    "User friendly App" What do you like best about Birdeye? I find Birdeye very user friendly. When a review is submitted, I'm sent an alert. With the app I can respond and close the review with a couple of clicks. What do you dislike about Birdeye? This survey is too long and now I have to keep entering things to get past this question.     "Overall great service" What do you like best about Birdeye? I love that all of the team members take their time to make sure they understand your business and your goals. I also like how seamless and user friendly the platform is. What do you dislike about Birdeye? So far there is nothing I don't like about the platform. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Most of our locations have a gap in the amount of reviews we receive on a monthly basis. The average review count for our new locations (around 1 year) was about 10-12. As a marketing manager, I understand how important reviews are for a business, and this platform has been helping us gain more reviews and prevent bad reviews with the direct feedback option.

    "Significantly improved our reviews" What do you like best about Birdeye? Implementation team was very helpful getting us set up. Within a week, we have gone from 2.5 to 3 stars at our main office location, and received over 100 new reviews (mostly 5 star). I appreciate how easy it is to use, and that little to no effort is required on my part What do you dislike about Birdeye? Nothing yet. Honestly has been great all around! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We only were receiving reviews from angry patients, not happy ones. So the reviews skewed negative.

What I like best is that Birdeye takes the workload off so you can get other things done. Setup was easy and easy to use. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Easy to use and patients seem to be happy with the interaction.

The "all-in-one-place" approach to interactions and customer experience is a great out of the box tool to add to your marketing technology stack. While we're currently only using a portion of the features BirdEye offers, I like that there are numerous options for future considerations that could seamlessly integrate with our already implemented solutions. What do you dislike about Birdeye? We encountered some limitations as a result of complex/custom data scenarios and customer-brand-contact information crossover - mainly unique to our specific industry/business. However, custom solutions are underway to accommodate obstacles. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? The main problem we are solving digital transformation of our consumer and B2B referral program. Additionally, we have been able to enhance the program by implementing both scalability and automation to ensure future maintenance and success.

What do you dislike about Birdeye? features are updated and rolled out so quickly, we aren't always up to speed on the new items. I wish you could build out the functionality internally for us, seems like we are always waiting on our internal teams to complete.     "They make your life easier!" What do you like best about Birdeye? It made easier to request reviews from our customers and keep a track on them. The text messaging is ideal for out production reminders. It goes straight to their phone without interrupting their day. What do you dislike about Birdeye? so far we have nothing to dislike, we just need more time to learn about all the tools that we can use. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: You should definitely try it. People DO look at the online ratings and it helps a lot getting more customers! Before it was just asking over the phone after the job was done and now we just email them and wait for the notification.
