    Not Our Top Reputation Management Option Pros: BirdEye offered all of the reputation management silos we needed in one place - review monitoring and responding, SMS review requesting, reputation and listing management and scoring. Cons: Birdeye was on the pricier end compared to other competitors that offer similar solutions. Overall: Overall, Birdeye is a fine solution in the reputation management space, but not our top choice due to cost and availability of similar options at a lower price. They also require a larger amount of sign-on properties to begin with.

    My new account representative Ujjwal Singh was extremely helpful and patient with me as we corrected a myriad of mistakes within our account. I'm sincerely hoping that our work together will result in positive reviews from our customers. (NOTE: Prior to this call, I had received very poor service from Birdeye, and was considering a vendor change. I'm looking for a positive result from this recent interaction.)
