    Birdeye: A one stop shop Pros: I like the review request campaigns. I like creating different templates and customizing settings. I like that I can view contact journeys and see how my clients interacted with the review request. Cons: Looking forward to more reporting features. These should be fully customizable, schedulable and savable. Overall: Birdeye has been great and has brought value to my clients and my company. They continue to evolve and stay up to date with the needs of the ever changing digital marketing world.

    Solid B Performance Pros: Our account manager is very helpful, as far as the platform I do not have any positives. Cons: The system seems to have issues on a daily basis. It is very difficult to set up and maintain listings.

    Birdeye Feedback Pros: The thing I like most about this product is ease of use. It is not only easy for me and my team to use but easy to introduce to our clients and have them use it as well. This software is very user-friendly and that is a critical element for us to have our clients use it as well. Cons: I think there are some small features that could be tweaked and a few glitches that need to be looked into. Things like when the review monitoring somehow becomes disconnected and has to be manually fixed. Also, the feature that shows when a user actually leaves a review on Google. Next to their name in the contact section, it shows a green ten. Now I understand what that means but that definitely can confuse some people at first if not told what it means. Overall: Overall, my experience using birdeye has been great. Their customer service has been top-notch and this software is much more useful than other softwares that I have used.

    Great Product I have experienced a positive relationship with Birdeye. They are readily available when I have questions and they are making me aware of what other products are available should I need them. PROS Birdeye delivered everything they promised, this is the best money we ever spent for marketing. People use social media constantly to make choices for where they purchase products, where they want to travel and definitely to find doctors in their area. Birdeye has brought our practice up to the forefront in how easily people can find us on the web. It is also great to have our patients give such great reviews, although we can't always make people happy its good to hear where we need improvement. I would highly recommend Birdeye for any business. CONS Birdeye is very good about making sure we are happy with their product and want to meet on a regular basis, with the practice being very busy it is not always convenient to meet with them. This is a also a pro for this company in that they are always available and want to make sure we are content with their product. REASON FOR CHOOSING BIRDEYE One of our doctors was reading articles on best practices for your business and making sure your ratings are good in social media, and Birdeye was one of the companies that were highly recommended.     "Best in the Land" for Reviews The reps are very informative and most importantly the tech support is top notch and easy to reach PROS ease of use and they continue to offer more products CONS Nothing---they fix any issues along the way and that is all you can expect.     Review Management PROS The templates and profile as a whole is very customizable. Since we use Birdeye for our agency and have thousands of clients that utilize Birdeye, we are able to customize the templates based on the client's wants and needs. CONS The only con I have is that sometimes the clients feel like it's too customizable and get overwhelmed during the initial introduction to Birdeye. VENDOR RESPONSE Hi Makayla!     Thanks for all your help Birdeye :) Excellent service with Birdeye and always learning something new that benefits our 2 dental clinics PROS It allows us to connect with our patients , receive google reviews to further build our practice CONS Having difficulty getting our recently added second location integrated as we are awaiting the needed code from google - birdeye support is very helpful with all zoom calls and very patient with me as I always tell them I am not tech savy :) VENDOR RESPONSE Hi Nyla!     Great company with excellent support team. It has all been positive from clients PROS Ease of use for the client to use. The ability to do multiple locations is great. A twitter roll up feature would be great CONS The rollback accounts need to be set up by the admin and not having to call support to have it set up. Interface could be easier to use.     Great Company It's super easy to set up and connect your review platforms, the automated review responses are my favorite feature. PROS Ease of use!     Birdeye: The Obvious Choice Overall, I would recommend this to anyone who was looking to grow their business online. 10/10 PROS My favorite part about this software is how user-friendly it is. We work with small businesses and help them gain reviews, and it is so easy walking them through the system. Not only is it user-friendly but it is visually appealing when you are using the software, or even receiving a request from the system. CONS I would like to see more opportunities with integration, and more hands-on help with solving issues when it comes to integrating. REASONS FOR SWITCHING TO BIRDEYE Birdeye had all the features we were looking for, and more visually appealing and the team was much more helpful in assisting with issues.     Birdeye Feedback Overall, my experience using birdeye has been great. Their customer service has been top-notch and this software is much more useful than other softwares that I have used.     You need to try BirdEye! PROS BirdEye is one of the leading online reputation management tools software out there. The software works well and has very good customer support.     You can always tell what type of company you're dealing with when things go wrong. Do they work with you and help you set up properly or do they ignore you and keep your money. These guys were awesome! My Google places wasn't working and they helped me get it set up. Credited my account for the two months it didn't work and still patiently walked me and my team through the process of integration and onboarding. I really like this company and recommend them to all my clients now. Thank you, Ankit our onboarding specialist and Birdeye!

    Birdeye is great Great from start to finish. The sales rep that helped us was stellar. The on-boarding specialist was very fun and helpful. Our account rep is kind and fast to respond.
