    One stop shop We have had a good experience, despite the minor hiccups. PROS The emails I get daily, help me keep track of what is going on at the shops, and how customers rate their experiences.     Great Customer Service! Extremely positive. I don't have to login to multiple websites to respond to reviews, which saves me time. The few instances when I have called for assistance, they have been great: responsive, very good follow-up, & knowledgeable. PROS Easy to navigate. Broad range of information & data points. CONS I have no complaints. I wish Yelp allowed better integration, but that's not the fault of Birdeye. VENDOR RESPONSE Thanks, Doug! Replied September 2022

    Thank you. The Birdeye team is great at timely and effective responses. Always willing to help with clear and concise detail. PROS Birdeye is extremely easy to use on a daily basis. It has high functionality and great offers great opportunities for its users. CONS This software is great. I have no negative feedback other than the occasional glitch which is usually quickly fixed.     Over the moon with Birdeye! Use Cases and Deployment Scope - As a professional dental office, we rely heavily on the responses we receive from the satisfaction surveys that Birdeye sends to our patients. We strive to provide the best care possible for our patients and partnering with Birdeye has really helped in keeping that reputation as a quality dental practice. Also, we had an event coming up that we needed to promote within our patient base and Birdeye assisted in sending a mass email to all of our patients. Their representative was so patient and professional and got it completed within a very short time. I was very impressed and won't hesitate to use their services in the future!     Highly Recommend Birdeye! Use Cases and Deployment Scope - Birdeye has been very helpful and useful in my organization to make it efficient and easy to get reviews and feedback. They have systemized it to run smoothly and supported me in putting the integrations to have it automated within my position. I would definitely recommend it to other businesses to expand their reach and grow their credibility through reviews.     Great Value for our Company Pros: Birdeye makes it easy for the patients to do a quick review and easily allows our company and others to see the reviews which help us improve and our clients know more about us. It integrated very well with our existing software. Cons: We have 2 sites that are using Birdeye, it was kinda tricky getting both sites to report. That being said, the customer support is awesome and they were able to help and fix very quickly. Overall: Very good

    Easy to use and great support! Pros: It was super easy to get this off the ground for us and for our clients. The support provided by the Birdeye team has been nothing short of fantastic. Cons: I have heard from everybody on the team and even noticed it during our onboarding, there is a giant delay between when something is clicked to when it actually loads. Occasionally have issues with things never loading.

    My Time with Birdeye Use Cases and Deployment Scope - We use Birdeye to help us monitor the reviews about our businesses and we use it to automate surveys as well as review requests. It helps free up time that would be spent doing this manually and allows us to respond when a review comes instead of monitoring the Google page constantly. It also helps save time by sending automated survey requests when we complete a service request for Residents. Pros - Alerts of when reviews are posted. -The ability to reply to reviews from Birdeye. -Automated surveys based on move in and move out. Cons - Knowing where to go to adjust templates for emails. -Knowing where email templates are being used. -Being easily able to distinguish what is sending a survey vs a review request. Likelihood to Recommend - Birdeye is able to keep track of reviews very well but it is harder to get survey responses. These responses are more detailed than a simple Google review but they are not easy to access and it makes it hard to find the results. Once you know where to go it's not a problem. It does not give any notification of completed surveys. Most Important Features - Review Tracking -Automated Review Requests -Automated Survey Requests Return on Investment - It has allowed us to watch our review score and really respond to help bring our score up. -One user had changed an email template that was used for service requests to reference a sports event. It leaves a negative impression. Alternatives Considered - I haven't used any other products like Birdeye. This is my first experience with reputation management software. Other Software Used - Yardi Voyager, Knock

    Growing Reviews Is Paramount, Making Birdeye A Must Use Cases and Deployment Scope - Birdeye is a great platform for helping to grow reviews. The functionality it allows for has really helped to grow the reviews of my clients more effectively than other platforms I've used in the past. Pros - Onboarding -Customer Service -Effectiveness -Customization Cons - Despite the training process, the platform can still be somewhat tricky to use. Hard to train other employees on setting up campaigns 100% as the setup process involves multiple areas in the dashboard Likelihood to Recommend - It is suited for any business looking to grow reviews online and has a marketing team. For someone with minimal time, this platform is not for you. Most Important Features - Customer Service -Texting Functionality -Reminders Return on Investment - Helped our clients build trust in their community with more feedback online -Increased reviews can help our SEO efforts Alternatives Considered - Constant Contact and Mailchimp - Birdeye makes the review acquisition process run smoothly once fully set up. Other Software Used - ClickUp, Constant Contact

    Wonderful experience. The team that supports us is very good at responding quickly. Very odd in today's times. Birdye understands client care and responsiveness more than most companies I have dealt with. If they remain to be this way, they will have to be the top in their field and are deserving of it. Good job and I look forward in working with you.

    Easy to use Pros: Extremely easy to use & navigate through program Cons: Has been a few times where we were not getting customer responses but called tech support and had it cleared up the following day Overall: Again, very easy to use!!

    Messaging software Pros: Easy to create new contacts, can copy and paste into my files all customer contact Cons: Shows there are messages for other users - not my concern, would like to have my contacts separate from others Overall: Small hiccup, customer service solved the issue

    It's a Great Service for Reputation Management Pros: What I love the most about the software is I do not need to navigate to different platforms for answer direct messages and reviews. Plus, the customer service team is so responsive. Cons: What I don't like the most about the software is the web chat does not have a filtration system that can guide certain people to certain FAQ's. Thankfully the engineering team is working on that but I do not know yet when it will be completed. Secondly, I wish they would add Yelp to their platforms because Yelp is a big player in our reputation management.
