Birdeye is great! Always great and easy! PROS I like how easy it is to use. I like that there is an app to access all the tools we use. Makes it very easy to communicate with customers on updates of any kind. CONS I have not experienced anything I dislike about the software yet.

Easy to use I appreciate being able to respond to all reviews. PROS I like that with one login, I can see all my reviews in one place and respond to them from the same screen. CONS My only complaint is that it's hard to filter down to find a specific review, but it seems there have been some new features added that have taken care of that issue. Great for Reputation Management PROS Love that all of our property's reviews are consolidated and easily accessible from one location, rather than monitoring multiple websites throughout the day for reputation management. Birdeye Rocks! It makes potential clients aware of the importance of being correctly connected to business listing sites and reviews. PROS The way it helps potential clients see the importance of Business Listings and Reviews. CONS Sometimes it feels cumbersome on the reporting side. Birdseye is great for patient engagement! Overall I am very satisfied with Birdseye. From the user-friendly functionality of the software to the different and broad aspect of functions, I was able to do a lot more than initially expected. PROS The live chat/texting capability is great and easy to use especially if you have multiple locations. I used the software to develop and send customer satisfaction surveys. This function is great however when the results come in and the data is compiled there can definitely be improvement in the presentation aspect of it. CONS As stated above I was a bit disappointed with it results data from the surveys I sent out to customers. When using a rating scale system they compile the data and creates graphs etc. however they are very hard to read let alone present in a meeting. This function can definitely be improved. REASONS FOR SWITCHING TO BIRDEYE Overall functionality and price point.

Birdeye SMS Campaigns 4/5 rating, could go up to 5/5 as they roll out new features and fix bugs. PROS SMS campaigns are user friendly and easy to manage. CONS Still working on team chat for mobile. Birdeye is a must have for any business. We're extremely happy with Birdeye and all of the services that we subscribe to. PROS Birdeye makes it easy for existing customers to review their actual experience and it helps with the overall customer experience. Customers would always tell us they were happy with our service and they would always say they would leave a review online for us. It didn't always happen for different reasons but Birdeye makes it really easy for them to leave reviews inn just a couple of mouse clicks. Birdeye is essential for managing business reviews The company's locations are geographically dispersed and managed by someone different in each location. Birdeye is helping us provide consistent templates and guidance for responding to reviews, positive and negative, thereby greatly impacting the reputation of the company overall and redirecting any negative conversations offline. PROS The Birdeye product is intuitive and easy to use. It's a must-have solution for any business which struggles to monitor reviews and overall reputation with many locations, sometimes in geographically disparate locations. Birdeye Review Overall experience has been great and easy to use. PROS I like that it is a user friendly software and is pretty straightforward to use. CONS When we needed extra support or reports, it seemed to take awhile to get ahold of someone.

My review of the Birdeye platform! My overall experience with Birdeye is simply great. PROS What I really liked about Birdeye is that they have a free trial, this gives you the opportunity to try the software and see if this software actually suits your needs. Birdeye has a great scala of functionalities and these work really good, as far as I've seen. The UI is also nice, which makes it easier to work with. CONS Birdeye has a lot of functionalities, this can make it a little bit overwhelming to get started with. I can't think of anything that I disliked about Birdeye though.

A premium consolidation system for reputation management. Overall I would (and have) highly recommend this program. PROS I am able to consolidate all my reviews cross-platforms into one website to respond to and manage. CONS There are some bugs when exporting the data into an excel spreadsheet.

Marketing Giant for Reviews I have had nothing but a positive experience with Birdeye, their product is extremely helpful and their support team is quick and responsive. PROS What I love about Birdeye is their relevance. They are able to help small companies stay relevant and ranked on Google by providing an easier way to acquire reviews. CONS Personally I do not have any cons for the product other than the price is not available to smaller companies who this may be the most useful and necessary for.

Lisa Again not playing phone tag, calling a customer just to have to leave a message and the customer call back when I am unavailable. Easy to communicate information thru Birdeye PROS I like the ability to speak back and forth with customers without having to call on the phone and play phone tag. Great service and superior product It's been great. Customer service is great and professional. PROS My favorite feature is the review platform (which is why we purchased the Birdeye product. However, the sms feature has proven a return on investment in itself. It was a feature I didn't think I would use but it has significantly increased our business. CONS I wish there was a better integration and easier way to leave reviews for platforms such as Yelp and Facebook. I know this is not a Birdeye problem as it is Yelp and Facebook policy issue. Easy to use, and great customer service! Using birdeye has helped myself gain so many more reviews for all of my client's business's. PROS The review dashboard is very user friendly and makes it easy to track and manage the reviews of hundreds of my clients. CONS Sometimes there is a disconnect in Google and the reviews, but the customer service is always there to help and fix the problem!

Best money spent on a product! We needed more help with our online presence, obtaining reviews from patients and learning how to respond when a review was given. The personal customer service that Birdeye offers is amazing! I sent an email when negative reviews were published under a fictitious name and they responded very quickly with great resolution. They are worth every penny spent! PROS The best feature for our office is the automatic request for a review after the completion of a dental appointment. Having patients give reviews that are seen online have boosted our online presence and made us more visible. The integration with our business processes were seamless. CONS Would love to see a wider selection of pre-written responses to choose from when logged in to respond to a review. This would make the process go even quicker. VENDOR RESPONSE Thanks Pamela!
