    Marketing Giant for Reviews Pros: What I love about Birdeye is their relevance. They are able to help small companies stay relevant and ranked on Google by providing an easier way to acquire reviews. Cons: Personally I do not have any cons for the product other than the price is not available to smaller companies who this may be the most useful and necessary for. Overall: I have had nothing but a positive experience with Birdeye, their product is extremely helpful and their support team is quick and responsive.

    Birdeye is great! Pros: I like how easy it is to use. I like that there is an app to access all the tools we use. Makes it very easy to communicate with customers on updates of any kind. Cons: I have not experienced anything I dislike about the software yet. Overall: Always great and easy!

    Started with Birdeye about a month ago and it is fantastic. All media FB, Google, Carwise, Etc. are all on one dashboard. Quick easy access to all customer needs. Great staff and all willing to help when needed. Thank you Birdeye!

    Great service and superior product Pros: My favorite feature is the review platform (which is why we purchased the Birdeye product. However, the sms feature has proven a return on investment in itself. It was a feature I didn't think I would use but it has significantly increased our business. Cons: I wish there was a better integration and easier way to leave reviews for platforms such as Yelp and Facebook. I know this is not a Birdeye problem as it is Yelp and Facebook policy issue. I also wish it integrated with Thumbtack. Overall: It's been great. Customer service is great and professional.

    Why YOU need Birdeye! Use Cases and Deployment Scope - Within our organization, we use Birdeye for almost 4,000 of our clients. We love to show our clients how to use Birdeye on their own, so I’ve been able to create a relationship with clients so may not have talked to very often. They are genuinely excited for what Birdeye can do to grow their business Pros - There are plenty of customization options within each business profile. When I show my clients how to use Birdeye, I give them the option to customize the text/email templates if they’d like. It gives users the opportunity to showcase the culture of the organization -Different levels of access allow certain employees to see different information. This is important for business owners because they are able to track the employees’ performance within Birdeye. Cons - Removing some of the extra fields that can make navigating difficult. When showing clients how to use Birdeye to send out review requests on their own, there are a lot of sections to explain to them, which will often get them overwhelmed and confused. Likelihood to Recommend - Birdeye is well suited when you are looking for a simple, effective review software for your own business or for your clients of all sizes. Every organization is different, and Birdeye gives the opportunity to separate yourself from others within the industry. Most Important Features - Customization! -Privacy. Everyone is able to have their own login with Birdeye, which allows for different levels of access. -You’re able to brainstorm different review strategies, surveys, promotions, etc. depending on what your goal is. Return on Investment - Being able to utilize Birdeye for each of my clients has been a large reason why they continue to work with me. I have clients tell me they’re shocked there aren’t additional fees to use Birdeye. -Since we have a large enterprise account, the clients are saving money having access to Birdeye through us, which is a huge advance once they realize the cost if they signed up themselves. Alternatives Considered - N/A. Have not used another review system.

    Birdeye is essential for managing business reviews Pros: The Birdeye product is intuitive and easy to use. It's a must-have solution for any business which struggles to monitor reviews and overall reputation with many locations, sometimes in geographically disparate locations. Cons: Honestly, there is nothing I don't like about Birdeye. Overall: The company's locations are geographically dispersed and managed by someone different in each location. Birdeye is helping us provide consistent templates and guidance for responding to reviews, positive and negative, thereby greatly impacting the reputation of the company overall and redirecting any negative conversations offline.

    BirdEye Success! Pros: The tracking of Google SEO and keeping our office information streamlined on the web. Cons: There is not much about BirdEye that we do not love. Overall: it's been great!! The online Customer Support is superb!

    Great Customer Service! Pros: Easy to navigate. Broad range of information & data points. Cons: I have no complaints. I wish Yelp allowed better integration, but that's not the fault of Birdeye. Overall: Extremely positive. I don't have to login to multiple websites to respond to reviews, which saves me time. The few instances when I have called for assistance, they have been great: responsive, very good follow-up, & knowledgeable.

    Birdeye Helps Business Soar! Use Cases and Deployment Scope - We have three dental offices that rely on Birdeye's technology to help us capture the patient experience through Google reviews. The Birdeye dashboard is easy to use. I can see the patient reviews in real time. I get notifications via text and email as well. I can run a number of different reports from the dashboard. I have integrated my social media platforms so that the patient reviews appear on my social media pages as well. I have insight into how my competitors are doing as compared to my companies. It even captures all of your leads for you and you can send email or text campaigns to your contacts at any time. It's an incredible tool. There is no way that I'd have the bandwidth to do these marketing tactics on my own without the Birdeye technology. And we are about to add a new product - the Webchat feature. I can't wait. Pros - Reputation management -Lead generation -Business listings -Webchat -Referrals Cons - List more competitors in competitor analysis Likelihood to Recommend - I can't think of any business that couldn't benefit from Birdeye. Most everyone looks at a company's Google reviews before trying them out. Reviews definitely can influence a person's decision to go to your place of business or not. We send out our Birdeye review link to our patients right after their appointment. We even have a QR code with the link for them to review us. We want to strengthen our credibility and reputation in this highly competitive market and we do that by changing the way people experience dental care and by using Birdeye technology to keep us ahead of the curve. The Birdeye referral product wasn't as successful for us as we had hoped, but it may have just been that our patients weren't motivated by our $25 refer a friend program.     Birdseye is great for patient engagement! Pros: The live chat/texting capability is great and easy to use especially if you have multiple locations. I used the software to develop and send customer satisfaction surveys. This function is great however when the results come in and the data is compiled there can definitely be improvement in the presentation aspect of it. Cons: As stated above I was a bit disappointed with it results data from the surveys I sent out to customers. When using a rating scale system they compile the data and creates graphs etc. however they are very hard to read let alone present in a meeting. This function can definitely be improved. Overall: Overall I am very satisfied with Birdseye. From the user-friendly functionality of the software to the different and broad aspect of functions, I was able to do a lot more than initially expected.

    My review of the Birdeye platform! Pros: What I really liked about Birdeye is that they have a free trial, this gives you the opportunity to try the software and see if this software actually suits your needs. Birdeye has a great scala of functionalities and these work really good, as far as I've seen. The UI is also nice, which makes it easier to work with. Cons: Birdeye has a lot of functionalities, this can make it a little bit overwhelming to get started with. I can't think of anything that I disliked about Birdeye though. Overall: My overall experience with Birdeye is simply great.

    Communication is key! Love it when tech support listens to the dilemma and then tells me what the fix to the problem is. Ankur listened, understood, and gave me clear directions to fix my issue.
