Birdeye has announced the launch of enhanced review auto-response feature. The improvement will offer a simplified user experience in addition to providing support for new review sources, including Facebook.
Birdeye has also introduced new rating standards, namely, recommended and not recommended for review sources from Facebook. In addition, rules and response can be set for reviews with rating only vis-a-vis review with rating and comments with unique templates for each type. A new ‘View rule history’ functionality has been introduced to help businesses keep track of all the modifications made by users.
