Birdeye announces partnership with Lightspeed

Birdeye has announced its partnership with the point of sale (POS) and e-commerce solution, Lightspeed, to automate review solicitation process for businesses.

With this new and seamless integration, businesses will now be able to automatically send review requests to their clients after a transaction is completed. Once Birdeye is integrated with Lightspeed, Birdeye will collect and store the first name, last name, email address and phone number of your clients in the respective business account within Birdeye.
