Birdseye works perfectly for our customer service needs!! Everyday we are able to see what our customers needs are. What they are needing us to improve on, and what they love about us!! PROS I love that we can see what our customers are liking, and that we can see what we can improve on as well. CONS It sometimes logs me out, but it is easy to log back in!

We've had an extremely positive experiencing with Birdeye, thanks largely to our allocated contact Snehashish Ghoshal. He was incredibly knowledgeable, breaking down the steep learning curve into easy to understand, practical processes. These produced immediate results, whilst enlightening us to the vast future online opportunities that our website & the Birdeye platform can offer. Also, thank you for your continued patience, Snehashish, though we're sure we tested it to the limit, you never once wavered and always conducted yourself in a calm, reassuring manner. First of all, I demand lots of patience. The Bird Eye representative was very knowledgeable and very articulate every step of the way with getting our business setup. By use of enthusiasm, I was shown step by step on each page how get the most of of my listing. If I need to make adjustments to my listing, it's easy. The data goes out to all of my listings from one place, Bird Eye. Itishri Kakkar, I thank you for helping me with the technical aspect, but most importantly, to maximize our online exposure to more potential customers.

It was a difficult process but they wound up refunding me. I wish they had just given me access to what I paid for but for some reason they had a harder time giving customer support than reversing billing. Looks like they have a good product. Wish I could’ve used it.
